This may not be true. I was charged early yesterday morning. Ordered a 128GB blue 12 Pro, with a scheduled delivery of 10/24-11/02. Even with the charge, there have been no changes to my order, the phone does not appear under equipment installment plans and there is nothing showing up in my UPS account. I'm ok with it arriving next week. But, it would be extremely nice if it arrives tomorrow.

99% you will get it tomorrow ! Charged meaning item shipped !

Dont worry , later today you will see IMEI under EIP , and delivery tomorrow

Wow your tracking was showing all the way from China! Mine left Louisville this morning and shows an arrival scan at a facility in my town at around 5pm today!

It's a little confusing because Nate ordered a T-Mobile phone directly from Apple. T-Mobile orders will have UPS tracking numbers with origination data starting in Louisville, KY/Jeffersonville, IN, and nothing prior to the arrival of the phones in Anchorage/clearing customs, and heading down to the hub in Louisville.

Anybody else get a text from T-Mobile advising that Protection360 was automatically added to the phone? I told them I didn’t want it because I’m just going to go get AppleCare directly through Apple for $12 in change instead of $18 through T-Mobile. Is there any difference between the protection 360 w/ AppleCare with T-Mo or just the plain AppleCare with loss theft with Apple?

Makes sense!

My phone just arrived to San Antonio which is 20 miles from me, but my wife's phone went to Houston. I guess it'll be catching a truck to San Antonio tonight. Seem inefficient.

Mine left Louisville at 3:57 today. Probably on a truck. Only has 6 hours to go. I'm assuming it'll make a pit stop this evening before heading to my area in the early hours of the morning.

Does the phone come with a return label for the trade in or do I need to print out the one in my account?

I already have the one from my account printed on an adhesive mailing label. You should print the one in the account in any case, because there’s a slip that you’re supposed to put inside the package with the phone.

How do people package their phones for shipment back? This is my first trade in, always used to do Craigslist sales. I have my original Apple box and will probably put it in that for protection, but then I’m debating between putting that box in another box or just reusing an Amazon padded envelope. From the paperwork it didn’t sound like T-mobile sends us a special return box, right?

‘‘Twas the night before Christmas...and all through the house.”

Who else feels like it is Christmas Eve right now? I hope that those of you who haven’t received confirmation get a pleasant surprise with your devices tomorrow! 🤞🏽

Ha! I was thinking of the number of iPhones simultaneously in the air right now on all of the UPS planes that have departed Louisville. Kind of like Santa’s sleigh packed with toys! C’mon Rudolph, guide my sleigh tonight! 🎅

When I got my wife her XR last summer, the label and packaging was sent to us in the mail. I don't recall if it was a separate package from the phone but we were supplied everything.

I was planning to "borrow" some bubble wrap from work tomorrow and just stuffing the phone back in the shipping box that the 12 comes in tomorrow.
