UPS will ship Via truck if it can do so overnight. The 2nd day air name is misleading. They will only use an airplane if needed to hit the delivery deadline. Unfortunately, your truck was delayed or was in some really heavy traffic. I had a package that was overnighted that was heavily delayed due to “train derailment”. Good luck, may still happenWell, when I went to bed there was no update since my packages left Louisville at 4:10pm yesterday and I just woke up to “Delay: a late trailer has delayed your delivery”. Looks like I’ll get them on Monday now. Sucks.
Update: They were just scanned in Laurel, MD.....which I find odd for "2nd Day Air" packages that were shipped from Louisville, KY to Philadelphia, PA. Did they accidentally get trucked instead of air, or did a truck miss the flight and then the had to be driven?
It shouldn’t. I’ve ordered an 11 pro max through tmobile and the driver just left it at the door even though I was home. The same with my se2.Does anyone know if phones ordered through TMobile and delivered via UPS require a signature?

Loaded onto truck. I wonder who will be the first person in the US to receive iPhone
Not me LOL.
Assuming the trucks work from here my phones will get to Philly at about 9am and then hang out there for no reason til Monday.

aaaaand they've just updated it to indicate that there is an emergency situation or severe weather. Either this driver has the world's worst luck, or they're trying to CYA and absolve themselves from blame for the late truck.

For a bit of hope----depending on what type of address you were shipping to, this could be caused by something far less insidious than it might otherwise seem. We have this happen all the time (business owner here), where when things are shipped via overnight or 2nd day air, or even 3 day select, where there's a typically promised delivery window (i.e. before 10am, before 3pm, etc.). Sometimes the unfortunate happens and the window is missed, even if the delivery is still made on the promised day. That may be happening to you---the messages may simply be indicating that it's going to get to you later than originally planned today, not necessarily that it won't be today. Hope this helps!aaaaand they've just updated it to indicate that there is an emergency situation or severe weather. Seems like it was one of the more popular choices. Still frustrating as I ordered right at 7 AM. Oh well. Guess we will get next week !Again, I am experiencing almost identical timeliness on the same unit. I wonder if supply was low/demand was high for the 256GB Pacific Blue.
It's here! Holding it in my hand!
According to my local store, T-Mobile retail stores do not have inventory.
Well the Apple store has lots of them - I just got a time slot this weekend.According to my local store, T-Mobile retail stores do not have inventory.
