Last night when I went to sleep it was still Pending. I was starting to get a little nervous (which I know is irrational) with my ship date being 9/24-9/28 and seeing nothing on My Choice. So glad to see some kind of movement. Doubt I’ll see any other movement until later this week.

That's what I'm planning to do. I'm gonna try and follow these directions to transfer my physical SIM to eSIM on the new phone. As someone else said, better to have eSIM so someone can't pop out the SIM card and disable cellular if they steal your phone.

On the T-Mobile app it says request timeout when I click on the order status page I’m assuming I’m not the only one as well with this issue
Just got my tracking number , Sierra blue pro 128mb. Mine is through sprint tho. Ordered Friday at 804a local time. UPS doesn’t have the date, but order tracking says Sept 24-27
Sweet just opened UPS Mychoice and says shipment ready for UPS (TMO app doesn’t show it yet). Also says delivered by 9/24 7pm (TMO showed 9/24 to 9/27)

It's very unlikely for there to be a better deal during holidays than the deals they have now. Apple does not discount their devices like other phone manufacturers sometimes do. The only way to get discounts on a iPhone the first year its released is through carrier deals or trade ins.
Plus your note 10+ will also be worth a less in 2 more months. Apple is offering $235 for Note 10+ but thats pretty low. But you should check what trade in credit T-mobile offers for note 10+ without magenta.

Looks like no one from T-Mobile got their card charged today or an email for shipping. Things don't ship out Sundays, but you would think they would be doing a mass prepare operation of card charging and preparing packing slips so they are ready to be picked up by UPS tomorrow.
Hopefully at least everyone with a 9/24 gets their package tracking info tomorrow. That should be a good sign for those of us in the 9/27-10/4 group.

Last night I ordered an additional phone, my daughter wanted the product red iPhone 13. So placed the order and card was charged today for that one.
Amazing the 256gb had dates pushed back just 25 min after launch. T-mobile must have way underestimated amount of people getting that size this time.
The poll in this forum currently has that over 40% of buyers got the 256gb. It was the most sold storage for preorders.

My mother ordered the same exact thing is me, except she didn't the max size like mine.
But she ordered it on Verizon about 5-6 hours after I did. She said her date os 9/24, and mine is 9/27-10/4. If she gets her phone before me, then I will be sure to let T-Mobile know they aren't doing as good as Verizon and AT&T with preorder speed.
Let’s hope you get yours ASAP! The weird thing with mine is it says 9/23 or 9/24 (depending on the page) but still no charge so I have a hard time believing that.
I'm sure the agent working from home in Zimbabwe will lose sleep over it once you tell them
1.) Most T-Mobile customer support agents I have spoken to have American accents.
2.) T-Mobile is the best at taking feedback seriously. They once paid off over a $300 balance remaining EIP phone balance because I complained they stopped software updates on a phone that the manufacturer did not stop software updates on. But that was back when John Legere ran the company. Could be different now.
So yes, they certainly care. If you have a legitimate issue and you can prove that issue, they will do something to keep you happy. Even if its just something small like refund the $25 I paid for 1 night shipping.
I ordered the 256GB Iphone 13 Pro Max in Sierra Blue. Only my second iPhone. First was the original iPhone SE. Have been avoiding iPhones since than. I changed my mind this year because Samsung did not introduce a new Note phone this year. I have no interest in folding phones. Plus the fact that the new Samsung Fold is $1800, which is $200 more than the 1TB 13 Pro Max.
Extremely unlikely. Think I’ve heard of it only a few times since the dawn of the iPhone. Apple really comes down on vendors who release early, as well as delivery services (from what I understand)
Anyone who has a 9/24 estimated date and paid extra for the 1 day shipping will likely get it 1 to 3 days before then. Thats the purpose of 1 day shipping. To get it faster.
