The Embargo being lifted tomorrow (9/21) just further proves the point of why it would be possible to get the iPhone before release date of 9/24.
The purpose of a Embargo is so the public has no direct access to the phone before that. So if the Embargo is lifted 9/21 (tomorrow), then that means Apple does not care if someone gets their phone on or after 9/21. If they did care, then the Embargo date would be 9/24.
Of course I don't doubt for a second Apple will do everything possible to prevent people who ordered directly from them from getting it before 9/24. But this is a 3rd party retailer and the embargo is lifted tomorrow, so that means they have no reason not to try and avoid deliveries between 9/21 and 9/23.
Of course a 9/20 delivery today since its before the embargo would be a big no-no lol. A retailer probably could get fined or sued for that.

Gone through this mess many times with Tmo and I learned that year to year there is no consistency with Tmo.
Some get charged early some don't. Some get shipped early but arrived on time.
Last year I was charged early and didn't receive a label until Thursday night. It shipped overnight and arrived at my door next day.
Either you endure this wait or stress yourself checking order status.

Yeah, at the end of the day we can’t really do much. Thanks for the perspective though. First time ordering through t-mo or even on launch day for that matter.
I got into the site a bit before 8am est and, completed quite quickly, received my confirmation email exactly at 8am.
Card was charged (pending until Monday morning) immediately but the order didn’t reflect on my account until about an hour and a half later when I received an email giving the 9/28 to 10/6 estimate.
now it’s saying delivery on 9/24

That is awesome news for you and for those of us with 9/27-10/5 dates with no update yet.
This indicates those of us who ordered within the first couple hours of launch maybe still have a good chance of getting the phone delivered by this Saturday 9/25, even if our dates show later.
My card is not charged yet. But my dates are 9/27 - 10/4. I would not be concerned unless you're card hasn't been charged by end of dayWednesday.

Apple will sometimes reallocate stock to fill orders. My local Apple store still has Friday pick upon store available
Mine still hasn't been picked up yet by UPS, card pre-auth...not fully charged on my card yet. Delivery scheduled for Friday. Yay!!

Yeah TMO is great about that; BUT, the one shipping date they won’t beat is the 24th (even if they could) 😜
Ordered on launch within 10 minutes. Charged later that day on the 17th and and have a delivery of 23-26th. Still no shipping info.
I will day that when I contacted tmobile for a shipping change on Sunday they told me my order was already on a pallet ready to ship.

I strongly believe that anyone who has an estimated date between 9/24 and 10/4 will get their iPhones on launch day/a day of two launch day.
All depends on your address and the closest warehouse is that is where the order is sent out from to save shipping I am close and it will probably ship tomorrow I am so close.
Me, 13pro graphite 256 with 9/24 but no charge. And by 9/24 deliver you do mean ships by date right? Since TMobile only gives estimated shipping date (which we are all inferring to be delivery)
That is all I have. Just one tracking number. I should have 3 at some point, unless 3 phones ship together tho ordered separately.
No movement on my two orders. I don’t imagine we’ll start to see much movement until tonight or tomorrow for UPS to start picking up the packages.
