Yeah the guy at the T-Mobile store brought that up. I told him to go ahead and do it but it was taking him a little while so I just told him to put in a new SIM card. But yeah it can be done.
 
They charged me yesterday at noon , and they shipped my 13PM GOLD today , delivery Monday

i did preorder right when it live and got delay , thanks to god damn tmobile

did your tracking show on the ups app? im trying to figure out i have two pro maxes charged earlier this week but no tracking

Sprint/T-Mobile here 13 ProMAX said it was Delayed til 9/28
Actually Shipped Early No Updates. And arrived Today.
 
All went well on one 13 PM but had to scoot by the T-mobile store for a new SIM on the other (didn't want eSIM because I may put my work phone on later). Store had a 2 hour wait, but sales guy got me right in!!!

Question: I have two XS Max phones to send back in..... will a bubble protected mailing envelope be acceptable?

I’m convinced our UPS guy is full of crap. It’s now 8:20pm truck is parked a few streets away and has been parked there for a while with no movement. Has been out for delivery since 8am. More than likely I’ll get it Monday or Tue at this point. It’s maddening.

And yes I know how to put a SIM card in lol. I've done it plenty of times on my iPhones and for family members.

haha, I wasn’t really doubting your ability to install a SIM, but it still blows my mind that the SIM would fit in the 12 and not the 13. Did the new SIM fit right away without any issues? Could you see what was wrong with the old one that wouldn’t let it fit?

I did esim. Easy peasy. Just go to cellular in settings on your new phone and with your old phone next to it select add carrier and it will deactivate the old and activate the new. Took a couple minutes.

I guess Apple really put the silver pro max on the back burner this year. I called in at 4:50, order complete by 5:20 and I still haven’t been charged. I got the 9/28-10/5 delivery window immediately and I thought like every year it would be beat and delivered on launch day but still no tracking. Having now seen the Sierra Blue in different lighting situations, I kind of want it. It looks like an even nicer silver.
 
For those who had it delivered how much did your package weigh.. it show the package 1lb so I’m just making sure it’s the pro max

I got charged yesterday for 512 gold pro max but no ups or email from t mobile or ups anyone else get charged?

The guy at the T-Mobile store put the sim in. I wasn't really paying attention when he did it but I don't think he had any problems.

Thing is when I got home I notice what looked like an e-sim on my phone as well. I had a priority account and a business account. I deleted the business account but I guess I'd better call customer support at T-Mobile to make sure I'm not being charged for a second line.
 
Pissed!!! Was on the truck in my neighborhood and bam at like 6:30 said re-scheduled for Monday by 7:00 grr!! And I posted my order 4:50am pre order day AND paid for fast shipping. F you UPS

Ups sucks plain and simple my phone must of fell out of original box and they repacked mine in a new box. Thank god no damage.
