I ordered through the t mobile website. I did two different orders. One right after the other.
Did you order from Apple? It said I could only check out with one phone and then when I went to order again it says it can't confirm the carrier.

I accidentally forgot to select expedited shipping, so I have ground with my preorder. Does anyone know if they still ship to deliver on launch day? Or would I be getting it the following week? I should be an early order if that matters, ordered it when the page went up live early at 7:50est 😂
All my pre orders I’ve done without expedited shipping arrived on release date except for one. It was last years. It shipped on release day and arrived the Monday following. I would hope still we all get expedited shipping regardless what you chose.

got mine in. 13 Pro Max 256 Graphite. I would have done the blue again if it had been the same as last year. Back to black for me this go round. Estimated ship date 9/24-9/27. This is my first time pre ordering through T-Mobile. Is that launch day delivery? I’m unsure. I also got into pre orders around 12 minutes early.

So I was able to sign my agreement on T-Mobile's website. After I submitted my order the very last page said "Oops we hit a snag." I then got my confirmation of the signed agreement email and the order document email. With the signed agreement email I have an order number but when I check it states invalid order number. I call T-Mobile and they cannot find the order either currently. I'm hoping that they are just playing catch-up. I went to upgrade my device again on the site and it won't let me so I'm hoping that's a good sign.

Struggled with the website and didn't get the order confirmed until about 8:15. 13 Pro 128Gb Blue, estimated ship date of 9/24-9/27 on the order, website lists ship and delivery date of 9/27.

In the screenshot of thank you for your order it shows ship date 9/17 - 9/20, however my emails has Oct - Nov.

not sure who to trust. 🤷🏽🤷🏽

First time doing this launch day madness... placed an order on T-Mo website and it kept giving me errors. Finally completed the process but now it says order status is unavailable. They must be getting hammered. Also placed an order on apple just in case lol. Both are claiming ship/delivery dates around the 24th (13 Pro Graphite 256GB... coming from a 6s... so excited!)

Same thing happened with me. Order went through, eventually got the confirmation email, but order status on their site seems down.

Phones Preordered:

iPhone 13 128 GB in Blue
iPhone 13 128 GB in Blue

Order Location:

T-Force on Twitter

Order Placement Time:

8:39 AM

EIP Agreement Signed:

8:53 AM

Shipping/Delivery Date:

9/24/21

-----

I actually reached out to them on Twitter at 7:48 AM but they did not respond until 7:59 AM. They must have been super busy because my order didn't get placed until around 8:39 AM and then it took forever for my EIP agreement email to arrive; I finally signed it at 8:53 AM.

Anyways.... it's good to be back again this year. Let's hope shipping goes smoothly with no delays!

Beyond frustrated, t-mobile obviously hired new temp workers to help out with the orders, I called in 4:58 and got connected around 5:01.
The rep has pretty broken English and tells me to hold for 5 minutes because apparently it takes them 5 minutes to pull up everything needed to order an iPhone. Then starts telling me that you can only pre order an iPhone if you trade in your old device. She takes another 5 minute break to speak with management. They correct her and now she's telling me I can only do the minimum payment on eip(tax and upgrade fee and shipping), tells me I can't put 500 down and I would have to do that after receiving the device. I tell her that's not the case and she spends another 5+ minutes talking to her supervisor.
She took another 10 minutes to go through the rest of the order and the order fails. Takes another 10 minutes to talk to her supervisor. Takes another 10 minutes to try the order again and it fails. Tells me she'll call me back in an hour to try again...

I was trying to order a white 256gb pro.

How come you didn’t go through online or in store? I’m an employee. Our in store shows launch day shipping, for now, for several models. we also opened at 8 am to take in store pre orders. Plus the promos for $1k off are live in store now. Granted you have to be on magenta max and trade in a qualifying device, but it’s not a bad deal to get that much off.

I'm on pacific time so no stores open here as far as I know,(maybe I'm wrong). I usually call them on my commute to work to put an order in.

My trade-in wouldn't go through their website. Some dumb red circle loading thing wouldn't let me proceed to the next step. I called T-Mobile immediately and got connected within 3 minutes to a great dude. With the trade-in of my current iPhone 11 Max Pro (Grey) and today's only special promotion of $500 credit towards the iPhone 13 Max Pro (Silver), I'll only be paying about $4 per month for the next 24 months. All in all, I spend about 30 minutes talking to the rep. Not to shabby.

Expected to arrive on or befeore Oct. 8th.
