Other T-Mobile iPhone 13/Mini & Pro/Pro Max Pre Order Thread

I got the same thing, but the sprint order status website now has the delivery dates (9/24-27 for 128mb Sierra blue pro).Sprint transplant here. I ordered a black Mini 512gb around 1pm and it showed me something like late Oct early Nov. I check the app now and it just says: "You have a pending upgrade order. Check back in 15 minutes.", even 4.5 hours later. I do show a $60 hit on my card form the taxes. I also have no emails or anything to confirm outside of that. I assume the app is buggered from the demand. The website appears to be too.
Mini more popular than expected?
Looking forward to it coming from an 11 Pro. Soooooo sick and tired of giant, heavy phones I cant hold or use with one hand. I've got small hands. I had the 5SE but not for long due to poor storage size. The 13 mini seems to be perfect swap and all Ill lose is the telephoto lens which I've never been impressed with anyway.
Ordered my iPhone 13 Pro Max 256gb Sierra Blue this morning on T-Mobile at 9:28am EST.
Ship date Sept 28 - Oct 5
I'm honestly surprised the higher storage option had dates pushed back first before the lower storage. Kicking myself for not setting my alarm earlier.
First time buying an iPhone since the 4S after 8 years of Android use. (Excluding a used 7 Plus I bought used a couple years ago then resold a month later after not liking it.)
Apple finally added 120hz which has made me make the switch. All they need now is no notch, USB-C, and finger print and it will nearly be the perfect hardware! Hopefully those 3 things come next year.
Anyways I just went back to my old emails and saw the LG V30 I ordered from T-Mobile in 2017 had Next Day Air included for free! Then the S10 Plus and S10e I ordered in 2019 had Express shipping (2-3 day) free!
But I noticed when I ordered this morning that T-Mobile will only do Ground shipping for free. Thats crazy they won't even do Express shipping for free anymore. Clearly T-Mobile trying to increase their profit and make the buyer pay more.
So I paid the $25 for Overnight shipping since estimated SHIPPING was Sept 28th to Oct 5th, and I leave Oct 2nd for a 6 day vacation. (very concerning! 😬
I also just talked to a T-Mobile Rep and asked why AT&T and Verizon at 9am EST and even still at 3pm still showed DELIVERED BY Sept 24th for most all colors and most storage options of 13 Pro's, but T-Mobile had most of their phones listed for SHIPPED Sept 28th - Oct 5th. Thats basically a 2 week difference. That is a huge difference!!
He said he believes from experience T-Mobile purposely over estimates shipping date to create a greater surprise when most of them will ship before that date. He thought despite those dates I'd still likely get mine delivered even before those ship dates since I ordered so early.
So just that little piece of info for anyone with a later shipping date. Also I'm a little surprised so little people ordered from T-Mobile and most ordered from Apple on here.
It was not beneficial for me since I was trading in a OnePlus 7T. No option to trade that in with Apple. But T-Mobile gave me $200 for it without needing to upgrade to Magenta. Basically around the same I could sell it for, so pretty fair deal! But likely will order from Apple next time if I have an Apple or Samsung to trade in.

Seems to be all high storage variants of both 13 and 13 Pro have later ship dates.
To me that indicates T-Mobile did not order enough high storage variants for launch day. Verizon and AT&T both still had launch date delivery dates for all colors of high storage variants even when I checked this afternoon. Shame on T-Mobile for not stocking nearly as many high storage variants as the other 2 big carriers.
But there is Gold Pro Max high storage variants still with a launch ship date. I'm kind of surprised.
Just received my Pitaka carbon fiber case from Amazon, now the week wait for something to put in it…….
Yeah T-Mobile is wild with the shipping dates. Order was finalized at 8:19 with Oct 29 - Nov 26th. I hope it is one of those situations where T-mobile over exaggerating the dates.
Wow! That late of a time for 8:19?? What time zone is that for? Also which one did you order?
But yeah the Rep who told me from his experience T-Mobile over exaggerates estimated ship dates, he said he was basing that of 7 years of experience with preorders. So I trust his advice with that many years working for T-Mobile.
If people with a Sept 24 ship date start shipping Monday, then it will be looking good for those with later ship dates! So keeping a close eye on Monday!
East Coast USA. The store page actually opened at 7:58. The next 21 minutes were site crashes, order page issues.

Ah okay thats why because you ordered the 1 TB.
It seems T-Mobile did not pre stock nearly enough 1 TB variants for launch day. More people ordered that size than they expected. They likely did not pre stock more cause they don't want to be stuck with extra stock of the highest storage option.
Yeah hopefully they get a restock sooner for the 1 TB people. Thats crazy to be back ordered beyond 2 weeks when you order the morning of launch day.
I just got charged my down payment to my credit card.
Just checked my card and seeing the authorization on there now too.

I just checked mine, only my 49.99 auth from the remaining balance I had to pay off on my current phone. No authorization for the other charges yet but my dates were Sept 28-Oct 5.

Yeah, I did. I was able to place my order within minutes of the preorders going live. Can’t wait until next Friday!
Yeah. Per order page, it shows delivery Nov 23rd. Day before Thanksgiving. LOL!
I had to work through a rep because of a plan change. That cost me thirty, but next day shipping was no cost.
I suspect those of us with date estimates in the first two weeks will see our phones next Friday.
Looks like the Sierra Blue in 128 GB wasn't the first choice for a bunch of people. I didn't order until about 4 PM Pacific time and still shows ships by 9/24. Ordered through the TMo website without any issues.
Had trouble at 8am EDT, finally got my order in at about 8:20. On Apple Card which my watch said was declined but then got a confirmation email. Super confusing. 13Pro, Blue, 256GB. I've never actually done this before. Usually get mine months later after the madness is over but guess I got caught up in it all. Supposed to be here next Friday but won't be surprised if it isn't. Interesting... i guess if you pay the upgrade fee they include it with that. I guess if that us the case, then i only saved $5 by doing it online. Thanks for the info!
You have to pay off that balance amount and pay the taxes of the 13 pro and upgrade to their most expensive plan called magenta max. Then you will have yourself a 13 Pro.
Then you have to mail in your 12 Pro. Then they will give $1,000 in credit spread equally over 30 months. I believe you also might be able to use part of it to pay towards any required down payment on the phone. The phones more than 128gb require some down payment.
