Other T-Mobile iPhone 13/Mini & Pro/Pro Max Pre Order Thread

This can’t be right. I didn’t get an email or text. But according to my account my 13 pro max already shipped!? There’s no way….

Me same thing but the rep I spoke to also thinks on time delivery the only bad thing with the 128GB is cinematic mode is restricted to 1080p instead of 4k I believe Marquis brownlee said on his YouTube so heads up on this!
 
My local store was supposed to open at 8, and didn’t so I had to call my next-nearest about 8 miles away. I got my EIP doc around 8:37, signed it shortly after and got my email saying my order was placed at 8:49. Got a text with my order number and a window of 9/24-9/27, but in the app it says ships by 9/23-9/26. From past years’ experience it’s a pretty good bet I’m getting it at launch.

I got the 13 Pro Max 128GB Sierra Blue. I don’t intend to use ProRes so that’s why I did that capacity. That and a $450 down payment was kinda ridiculous for a 256 on JOD lol.

I love ProMotion on my iPad and I absolutely love the 120Hz refresh rate on my S21 Ultra so I’m very excited to finally have it on my iPhone!

I thought it was only ProRes that wasn’t included with the 128gb version?

Edit: it looks like all versions are starting out with 1080 support only?

Ordered 128gb 13 pro max Sierra blue through Tmobile. App is showing estimated ship date 9/24-9/27, and mobile site is showing estimated to ship on 9/27 and deliver on 9/27? Is this typical for launch day delivery?

Where are y’all seeing the delivery date. I’m only seeing estimated ship date of 9/23-9/26.

I’ve seen that before. Most of the time it will shift to 9/24 later next week. I have gotten every iPhone delivered on launch day (6s Plus, Xs Max, 11 Pro Max, 12 Pro Max) with the exception of the 7 Plus since Apple actually delayed production a week or something like that on the Black models.

Check order status through T-Mobile website, doesn’t show on the app

Both my spouse and I have iPhone 12 Pros. So if we trade in under our current plan (not Magenta), each of our two phones will get 640 (Apple) + 200 (Tmobile) - is that correct? I wonder if the 200 dollars from TMOBILE applies to one phone per account or any phones under the same account.
 
So I finally was able to order on around 7am pacific and got a 9/27-10/5 ship date for the silver pro 256gb. Pretty much going to miss out on getting it launch day due to T-mobile hiring a bunch of temp reps for this event to meet demand. Spent 2 hours with the first person on the phone just for them to tell me they can't figure out why it's not working. Told her to cancel the order and I called again to speak to a different rep. He had me set up and order went through in 10 minutes no problem. Then, 30 minutes later somehow the first rep calls me to tell me she was able to retry and fix my original order(after I told her to cancel). Thanks T-mobile...
 
Sprint transplant here. I ordered a black Mini 512gb around 1pm and it showed me something like late Oct early Nov :(. I check the app now and it just says: "You have a pending upgrade order. Check back in 15 minutes.", even 4.5 hours later. I do show a $60 hit on my card form the taxes. I also have no emails or anything to confirm outside of that. I assume the app is buggered from the demand. The website appears to be too.

Mini more popular than expected?

Looking forward to it coming from an 11 Pro. Soooooo sick and tired of giant, heavy phones I cant hold or use with one hand. I've got small hands. I had the 5SE but not for long due to poor storage size. The 13 mini seems to be perfect swap and all Ill lose is the telephoto lens which I've never been impressed with anyway.
