My ship date is 11/2-11/3. Will all the orders with those dates be shipped by 11/2 to be received by 11/3? Or will some be shipped 11/3 and be received on Monday?

Some will ship on Friday and arrive Saturday (my 6 did this)

Mine is shipping UPS. UPS doesn’t deliver on Saturdays. It would be Monday.

Thats interesting, I ordered a 6+ during preorder and received it on Saturday too. I think it was UPS, didn't there use to be an option for Saturday delivery?https://compass.ups.com/asktheexpert/?id=8589934759

edit: According to the link, they do work on Saturday
[doublepost=1509432194][/doublepost]Is anyone planning to get a Qi enabled car mount and/or lamp? If so which ones? Personally dash mounts, for some reason, don't work in my car (weird angles in the car) and I prefer not to use vent mounts.

You have to pay $15 for the service now. I just activated mine today.

Mine is $12 a month. I have JUMP!

um, me...

actually, ordered one from tmobile (their trade if offer for an old 6 is a good deal) and two from apple. all will arrive on the 3rd.

That’s exactly why I was adamant about ordering from T-Mobile. I traded in my 6+ and paid my 7+ off to use as a backup phone or to sell.

so i’d have to upgrade to jump 2 to get apple care? which means i’d have to pay 50% of the phone off before i can jump again. or just pay $100 for apple care.

I have the original JUMP! so I’m not sure about that. With JUMP! you have to pay 50% of your device off before upgrading.

UGH. Anyone else experiencing this?

Went through the same "card was declined the first time" problem like many others here. Called my credit card company and t mobile immediately. I was told by the rep that i would NOT lose my spot in line for the 11/3 shipment and that another attempt on the card would be made.

Over 36 hours later since I called my credit card company and T mobile to fix the issue, and still haven't seen any changes on my status NOR any pending charges on my credit card.

Just tried the twitter account like another user here said, and now the rep on twitter is saying that I am "backordered" due to limited supplies and will have to wait until the next shipment which is completely contrary to what the first rep said. Something about there being "no iphone in the warehouse" for them to "attach my order to." This is total horsesh**.

Same thing happened to me, what does your status show as? Mine is "running" that means preparing to ship.

Same here, but I have a estimate shipping date of 11/02-11/03, maybe you're close to a distribution center.

Hey guys, was the $300 trade offer reflected on the EIP agreement? The EIP agreement TMob emailed me has no mention of the $300 trade and has be signing the agreement on a $1000 cash phone with $279 downpayment and $30 monthly payments. I just wanted to check whether the $300 trade offer should be mentioned on the agreement. TIA

Ordered mine at 1207AM PST on launch date - T-mobile 256GB White.

Still showing as preparing to ship but UPS track by reference gives me a tracking number with the following:

ZhengZhou, China 10/30/2017 1:35 A.M. Arrival Scan

10/30/2017 1:20 A.M. Departure Scan

ZhengZhou, China 10/29/2017 6:42 P.M. Origin Scan

China 10/29/2017 6:36 A.M. (ET) Order Processed: Ready for UPS

No movement after that

Apple is signature always . I'm
A ups driver. You can print out a form
And sign it , but it has to be the dedicated ups Apple form

Just to avoid confusion — that’s Apple. This is the T-Mobile thread. T-Mobile does not ship it with signature required. In most cases, your driver will leave it - but it is at his discretion. If you ordered directly from Apple — then you’re signature required.

Got tired of seeing order status as "Running" so contacted support. They told me it will stay this way until the item ships. Running status is only for the folks who had problems charging their CC on the first round of orders this past Sunday. Running means that your 2nd attempt successfully authorized your CC, but will not charge until it ships. The ship date that you see on your order status should be accurate. Basically this is the same as preparing shipment but we won't see a tracking number until it ships.
This explanation is untrue. I had a Running status but my payment was not declined. Got tracking on Sunday. Phone coming Friday. This agent probably made up the explanation to make you feel better.

This is a T-Mobile order thread. That tracking says you bought from Apple directly.

Still waiting for t-mobile to try again on my card. I’m in a partially preordered status because of it. Shipping date of 11/02-11/03 and even I am getting impatient about it.

I was put through the business line and they said yesterday they would update me. But I have to wait it out. I hope I get supply soon. It would suck Chase denied them even though there’s more than enough on my account. They mentioned it was supply constraints so maybe that’s it

It’s not on my agreement but it’s in my alerts now.
