Calm down. No phones are actually shipping until later this week. What users are reporting are the generation of shipping labels. Most of which have NOT even been picked up by UPS yet. So in the meantime. Chill TF out. Live your lives. The phone is released Friday. This thread doesn’t need to grow any bigger until Thursday.

Be careful to ask questions (from Apple- not just T Mobile) about this coverage, as “ Apple care services” is not “ Apple care plus” , that’s an old term.
Its $12. $15 include antivirus software which iPhones don’t need. You might want to dial 611 again and make that correction.
Speaking with T-Mobile on Twitter, there are actually two versions. One is 12.00 a month for Jump!, and the other is 15.00 for Jump! with a couple of other features. Both options include AppleCare+.
this is so fcked up i hope they dont screw me they tried to took money out on sunday morning but my card was declined dunn why well so right way i called tmobile and updated my cc details since then they didnt reattempt... so i called tmobile again after 24 hours and explained the whole situation...the rep said well we gonna update your card deatails 1 more time and then within 24 hours system gonna reattempt lets see what happen tomm
Does ups require signature? Or based on if they feel comfortable leaving it? Forgot to get sent to my work.

I don’t think so cause usually it would give you the choice to sign it yourself on UPS my choice, the feature may not have been enabled yet though because they are not out for delivery
I had gotten a message on ups and they made me sign for it online. If I didn’t sign it, it would have made me sign it in person, if I didn’t it would be going back to ups. So I signed it online today.
9 times out of 10 they were just gonna leave it. No sig required unless you’re in a high risk area.
Oh wow, well I’m off Friday so I’ll just stay in the living room and catch up on my shows until I hear that knock on the door lol
I honestly have no idea. I remember when I had gotten the Galaxy S8 I got a text saying AppleCare was removed from my line and when I went back to iPhone I automatically was reenrolled I never removed or added anything besides the very first day when AppleCare+ was added as an option from T-Mobile since then I just JOD to whatever and it just happens I’m always covered. I love iPhone and my dumb self always tries going to galaxy but always end up on Apple days later. So it’s a win win really with this option.
Also I’m on a family plan, I’m in college . They sent my phone back home in Michigan so I was just gonna drive home and wait for UPS. Do I have any other options since I do have UPS Mychoice? Or is it better to just drive home and wait? I want it Friday and my label is already created. I live in bowling green Ohio, about 1 1/2 hours away from home
I would say to just go home instead of trying to change the address. It would make me paranoid that they would delay your package due to last minute changes. I wouldn’t risk it.
I honestly have no idea there’s so much confusion on these damn AC+ plans. Mine is $15 and it’s all gravy but if I can save a few bucks for a pack of 5 Gum than shooooot I’m in! I’ll downgrade to the $12 when I can.
Don’t change the address. You risk delaying everything. If you’re this worried about getting something delivered that appears to be on track. Id hate to see your posts if your delivery is delayed until Monday.
I had the same issue. Declined then they said they’d resubmit but they didn’t. I used the tforce support on Twitter @TMobileHelp today (Monday) and they were able to properly charge my card. They speak English properly and understood my concern.
Still shows as “running” but there is now a hold on my Amex for the amount of my phone and they said I’d have tracking by Wednesday.
