Got tired of seeing order status as "Running" so contacted support. They told me it will stay this way until the item ships. Running status is only for the folks who had problems charging their CC on the first round of orders this past Sunday. Running means that your 2nd attempt successfully authorized your CC, but will not charge until it ships. The ship date that you see on your order status should be accurate. Basically this is the same as preparing shipment but we won't see a tracking number until it ships.
You my friend deserve a cookie, I have been asking that question on the chat and the answer is don't worry your phone is being processed. Now the "Running" status makes sense because the first attempt to charge my card had issues and I gave them another card to use.

Why are you guys banks so decline happy. My bank will send me a text or email letting me know that something looks suspicious and to call in If I didnt make a purchase and if I did to just ignore and its fine. I guess this is what happens when you put the charge backs more on the banks for culpability.
Actually it falls on the merchant since it's a online transaction so the bank doesnt lose money. I will say that there is a good deal of fraud at telecom merchants, so fraud systems are trained to detect abnormal purchases. Dollar amount, merchant type and spending history can all contribute to a higher fraud score that the bank may decide to decline. They could also just send an alert and not decline it. All up to the bank and their appetite for risk.

I bought a clear otterbox with blue sparkles, a mood case by case mate, a screen protector by case mate, and a ankers wireless charging pad. My stuff was a little more pricey, but I prefer to just go with the brands I know, so I know I won’t have any issues. Bought a offbrand case for my iPhone 7 last year and it scratched it up, not even 48 hours after I got the darn thing!

I get them trying to protect the merchants but why at the consumers expense. Its wierd that the Telecoms have a good deal of fraud and when you call them you have to keep repeating your account details every time your transfered. Lol.

I bought an Apple Saddle Brown leather case. I almost bought a Apple folio case, but I decided against it. I also bought a cheap case on Amazon and some Spigen screen protectors!

It's tough because customers will complain when you try to stop fraud and will complain if you don't. We see it more in the website orders rather than over the phone, but simply can't tell how the transaction took place because of the limited amount of data that is within the auth. I get what you are saying though. It can be frustrating with the amount of hoops good cardholders have to jump through to spend their own money.

I ordered at 8 am on the 27th in store, order still says processing 11/3-11/10. What are the chances it will come on the 3rd and whats the chances that they bump me to a later date?

Depends on what model, if you have a 64gb silver then you may get in on the 3rd. It’s pretty unlikely they’ll bump you to a later date.
