I just want to share my experience. This might help some folks.

Ordered two iphone X. (Two seperate order) One of them got declined due to typo on zip code. (Totally my fault)
Got a text from tmobile Saturday to call and update payment. Called and Updated in 5 mins. The guy told me it takes one business day to charge.

Today, monday, still not shipped. I went in t mobile online chat. The message guy sent me a payment form inside the message app. You can enter the info there and send back.

Overall experience is good. I just want to remind everyone to do the follow up. I felt like they have a good system but employees won’t take ownership on your order.
 
So excited to get My X that I went ahead and ordered a wireless charger and clear case that’ll be here Friday along side my phone. What cases and chargers we using the year sound ladies and gentlemen?? :D, I went with the Clear symmetry Otterbox and Belkin QI wireless charger

Second question, if only one phone comes, can either one of us use it? Or is specific to that user? Thank you in advance. A lot of helpful people sharing on the board, it’s nice to that we can share information rather than rely on what these companies tell us individually.

Similar situation and question here. My assumption is that one always has the option of using nano-sim card from whatever old phone in the desired new iPhone X, rather than using the new sim card that shipped in the X. Is that correct?
 
Ordered my iPhone x space gray 64GB on Friday at 9am ET due to the fact that they were requiring down payments and lied to me via Twitter my ship date is 11/3-11/10 has any One with the 11/3-11/10 date get charged yet?

No charge and no change to my order at the moment. 11/3-11/10 expected ship date here too

I ordered two phones, one each for the wife and I; both phones are Silver/64GB.

The second order placed(around 8AM PST) on Friday has shipped.

The first order placed (around 7AM PST) is still processing. No charge or second UPS package enroute. I have not received any emails or alerts informing me that there’s an issue.

Is this cause for concern?

Either can use it. Just pop the SIM card from who ever is going to use it. I do it all the time.
 
Status changed to shipped on TMO app . Ordered at 330 AM on 10/27 64GB Silver .
Shipping by UPS Standard overnight

Current status on UPS : Ready for pickup. I am not sure if I will be getting it tomorrow

You won’t get it until Friday like everybody else will sit and probably see movement Wednesday or Thursday

I just want some movement . My card was re charged this morning at 9am but it still says “partially pre ordered”.

Thank you. That is what I thought

In all my previous pre-orders, I never say any action until the evening/night before launch but this time I was surprised to see status change 4 days before launch .
 
Sucks I won't know till T-Mobile's status page updates which in my case has always been like 2 days after said item has already been shipped.

I won't be charged because it was zero down, plus I can't use UPS My Choice because I decided to have it shipped to work.

Still says 11/3 to 11/10
I’m in the same boat here except my delivery is one week after yours.
 
Finally! After being declined yesterday morning, my order put on hold and being charged again this morning around 6:30am, I finally got tracking! Still no update from the actual t-mobile site/app but at least I got something.

Got tired of seeing order status as "Running" so contacted support. They told me it will stay this way until the item ships. Running status is only for the folks who had problems charging their CC on the first round of orders this past Sunday. Running means that your 2nd attempt successfully authorized your CC, but will not charge until it ships. The ship date that you see on your order status should be accurate. Basically this is the same as preparing shipment but we won't see a tracking number until it ships.

I’m pretty sure our ship dates are correct. Especially if you ordered the 64gb silver. It seems to have the fastest estimate ship date.

One of my friends ordered @ 9:00am on the 27th and his is marked as shipped to be delivered on Friday. His initial order said 11/3-11/10. Silver 64gb straight from T-Mobile.
What time zone?

I ordered 8:50AM Central a Silver 64GB. My delivery said 11/3-11/10. Mine was shipped yesterday and I have the IMEI and updated JOD agreement. It is very likely it'll come on release day like mine.
