Yes and no.

Yes - if your trade is worth $300 or more, then you just do a simple trade in and get a TMobile VISA gift card for that amount in one shot.

No - if your trade in is worth less than $300, then it's the special promo that gives you $300 in equal credit over 24 months. Apple kicks in the amount short from actual trade in value to the $300 promo amount to TMobile but Apple only credits them over 24 months.

Same here, I have a tracking number but mine is just showing my City and State and not my address, and no estimated delivery date yet. If it makes a difference im from San Diego, CA. Does anyone know why my address isnt showing up or why theres no estimated delivery date on UPS? Im kind of worried im not gonna get it on Launch.
 
Hi, if I ordered an Iphone X in 64GB but want to change to a 256.. would I lose my spot in line and have to reorder according to the new dates?
 
So excited to get My X that I went ahead and ordered a wireless charger and clear case that’ll be here Friday along side my phone. What cases and chargers we using the year sound ladies and gentlemen?? :D, I went with the Clear symmetry Otterbox and Belkin QI wireless charger

I got the Apple Black Silicone Case, I just like the way it feels. I really want to get a wireless charging pad, but I want to wait to get apple's old charging pad.

Yes, different color or storage will require you to cancel your order and you would have to set up a new order.

Waiting to see the price on the Apple fast charger. Don’t see the point to buy a third party one for a few months of a bridge. Regular charging will be fine for now at home and I have wireless charging integrated into my car. Edit: and a tan Apple leather case

They actually have a Belkin wireless charging pad coming out that will support Fast charging out the gate! It’s on apples website . And I’ve always always wanted wireless charging so I’m just a little excited lol. And I didn’t want to wait all the way until next year to enjoy Apple’s wireless pad, I still have to buy the recharge AirPods case first! Haha

which phone case are you guys going to order to ensure that the phone doesn't break? I don't care if it looks ugly.. i drop my phone a lot.

I’m having mine shipped to my ex wife’s house, since I won’t be home till Tuesday. I just put her address in my UPS my choice account and it shows up. Just add your work address.
 
I already have a Belkin BoostUP charging pad I got when they came out for my 8+. In sticking with tradition, I’m getting a Apple Silicine Product (RED) case that will be here Wednesday.

I am also getting the Apple Silicone case, apple said it would deliver Nov. 6 - Nov. 8 but it says Ill get mine wednesday, which is better so I can have it on my iphone X

Doesn't work with Commercial Addresses. But you're right, this is a viable option for any of you other guys. Long as it's not a business address you can.

I have the same UPS info. I guess they are sitting in the hubs waiting to be shipped out the day before with next day air.

When I placed my order with the CS rep, I was sent the EIP in my email. The only problem was it is completely in Spanish, and every correspondence I get from T-Mobile regarding my order is now in Spanish. I spoke to a rep today and asked if I could just get the EIP in English. I was told in order to do that I would have to cancel my order and lose my spot. This makes no sense as I already got tracking info from UPS. The funniest part was she told me just to use Google translate

So I’m basically still in limbo from yesterday charge from the bank waiting for the rep I talked to to call back today the only thing that is the good news is that I still got the same time frame of 11/2 - 11/3 anybody get there’s resolves yet?

I ordered two phones, one each for the wife and I; both phones are Silver/64GB.

The second order placed(around 8AM PST) on Friday has shipped.

The first order placed (around 7AM PST) is still processing. No charge or second UPS package enroute. I have not received any emails or alerts informing me that there’s an issue.

Is this cause for concern?

Second question, if only one phone comes, can either one of us use it? Or is specific to that user? Thank you in advance. A lot of helpful people sharing on the board, it’s nice to that we can share information rather than rely on what these companies tell us individually.
 
Ordered my iPhone x space gray 64GB on Friday at 9am ET due to the fact that they were requiring down payments and lied to me via Twitter my ship date is 11/3-11/10 has any One with the 11/3-11/10 date get charged yet?

Nothing at all no movement! But I had $0 down so I’m not getting charged.
