I just got charged on my debit card today I ordered October 27 at 12:30 AM PDT I ordered the 64 GB iPhone X silver but my order says partially pre-order im on eip and orderd the preordered calling to tmobile my estimated shipping dates have been 11/2-11/3 since friday any help on why it says partially preordered and they already charged me?
it takes time to reflect in the system your status l be change by evening or by tomm i guess

I ordered the IPhone X 64GB Silver about 3:50am EST Pre order night. They tried to charge my card Sunday the 29th but I had to add more money and re process it. Woke up this morning, they took the money out of my account (Oct 30th) but on My-T-Mobile is says ParticallyPreOrder. Shipping date of 11-02/11-03. Hopefully it ships out today. Also how do I make a UPS my choice to check the tracking early like you all? They are shipping the phone to my sisters house because she is the primary on the account, is there a way I can still look for my package even though it’s not going to be shipping to my everyday address?

Hey man. I just faced the same problem as yours. I just called them and updated my card info. And my question is; when did you let them know that you have enough money in your card and when did they charge you?
 
I am NOT happy. Ordered via phone 3:10am ET (2 X’s 256gb Black) and have been charged and not shipped even though it gives me a date of 11-2/11-3. My brother ordered a 64gb silver on Friday at 5pm eastern and just got his tracking number. NOT happy with T-Mobile right now, looking into switching back to ATT.
You’re getting mad too soon. If you weee charged that is the main gate to clear. The tracking systems behind the scenes may be slow to update but charging is a clear sign of an imminent shipment. My card was charged yesterday, UPS showed up at about 8 PM CDT, and as of this morning TMo shows shipped.

I hope you are right...I was charged sunday morning before 8am and nothing yet.

did they charged you since you updated your card? they havent charge me yet since i changed my cc its over 24 hours now

It’ll automatically do it itself once you update your payment information! It’s reprocessed 24 hours after it failed the first time.
 
Got the charge on my card yesterday morning. Got a text today saying item was shipped via ups with tracking. Ups my choice doesn’t show anything yet. It is strange considering ups is much faster in updating.

As long as you’ve been charged, you’re good.
 
I was charged on Sunday order iPhone x sg 64gb. I didn’t get any update from T-Mobile the website and app still down show my order but I have an email showing 11/2-11/3 delivery. I reached out via twitter and they gave my my tracking number. If you have been charged but don’t see anything on UPS my choice or T-Mobile try and reach out them.

Got charged this morning, ordered iPhone 10 64GB Silver around 1 p.m. on Oct 27. Estimate date is 11/03 - 11/10.

Nice! I ordered mine on Saturday at 2pm (ATT screwed me so I switched to Tmobile that day). I also have a 11/3-11/10 order, but haven't been charged and haven't seen any updates on mytmobile.
 
I tried using UPS My Choice to have it held at a UPS Store near me just in case I go out and won't miss the driver. However it gives me a delivery date of Monday the 6th, anyone knows if that's true or false?
 
When changing to anything other than a Customer Center it can delay your order depending on when the UPS truck your phone is on delivers it that location. That’s why everyone should choose the hub because instead of loading your phone on the truck they’ll hold it there for you to pickup. Mine opens at 8am so I can pick mine up then.

I just hung up with UPS. She said my phone will still be at the access point on Friday. Maybe because it's less than 15 minutes from the hub? Dunno.

Did it say the 3rd until you changed it?

It's been over 24 hours and they haven't charge me yet why?
Also you only have 48hours to update your info before they cancel your order, get on it so they won’t make you re pre order, which would result in you losing your place in line

It could be. Usually there is no change in ETA if you have them hold it at a UPS HUB, since that's where the trucks leave to do deliveries from. If you change it to a UPS store, there could be a slight delay since technically it still needs to get sorted and delivered there instead of your house, as oppose at a hub where they just hold it.

If you choose to pick up from the UPS store, UPS has to deliver it to the store on the 3rd so it'll take extra time. You can try going to the store on the 3rd right before closing and hope that it's there for pickup.

If you pick it up from the UPS customer center it should be available for pickup from 8:30AM or when ever it opens on the 3rd as they don't have to load it on the delivery truck.
 
Anybody that got their card declined yesterday get charged today? And has your order status changed?

I personally got charged after the initial decline yesterday but nothing has updated on the website or my ups.
