ummm i think if your cousin can give a utility bill of some sort and yours matching the address plus your id matching the address. strong possibility they will give it to you. you can always call them and see other options
For those worried about the accuracy of shipping dates, I think its safe to say that they are pretty accurate based on the events spoken about in this thread. Those of us with 11/3-11/10 dates would have slipped by now so until that happens, Im still expecting it during that date range. I am hoping for launch day but I wont hold my breathe

I have full access to the T-Mobile account, wondering if I can print out the billing statement of some sort for proof? Calling them atm to see what they can do.
Got tracking and order says shipped ! After card getting declined yesterday and re processing at 9am today!
Here's a crazy idea: why don't you FaceTime with your cousin and have them show their ID over FaceTime and they give vocal approval of you picking up the device for them.
I would say that makes sense, but unforunately i have a different data point. I just had mine shipped after credit card was initially declined yesterday. The order status after declined credit card read "Partially Pre Order"

Smart idea! I will do that if everything else fails. Also making her take a photo of her ID so I can show them just in case lol I'll be super mad if they shoo me away that day without the phone.
I secretly kinda a little bit hate all of you that have hubs that open at sensible hours. LOL. Mine opens at 3 in the afternoon. All my packages get to the UPS store way before that.
I ordered mine pretty late (Saturday 2 pm pst), but also got 11/3-11/10 delivery date. I'm hoping the dates are correct... I haven't been charged and my order still says "Order In Progress" on My T-Mobile and Pre-Order when clicking on the order.
I got this screen protector because I hate black on the front of my phone. Even the super thin bezels on the X; I don't want them black. LOL.So excited to get My X that I went ahead and ordered a wireless charger and clear case that’ll be here Friday along side my phone. the rep i spoke to yesterday called me back with no info she said she will call me back again tomorrow but again also mentioned that i shouldn't worry i still never lost my place and the 2 iPhones are still coming as far as why they never took out the funds is mind boggling now.... she said its something on there end? so after i hung ups called the bank to make sure even though i cleared it yesterday and they said it should be fine now... so my partially pre order is still for friday it just now on t mobile to take the money so i can get my shipping info... ughhh pure hassle i just wish it went as smoothly as when i called at 12:01 pre order night.

Does anybody here has the same days? We're talking about 22 days between 11/10 and 12/01. That's a huge gap. I wish they could give me an specific day. I had also to pay $539 down payment!!!! making the next year upgrade not worth it, I'll have to pay the remaining $350 and keep the phone so I can re-sell it for more. Otherwise I'm giving them an iPhone after paying 80% of it.

My dads name is on our account. We have different last names but the address is the same. I’m always picking up the phones from our ups hub and have never had any problems. As long as the address is the same and you can show them the email or ups site that has the tracking number you should be fine.
Why are you guys banks so decline happy. My bank will send me a text or email letting me know that something looks suspicious and to call in If I didnt make a purchase and if I did to just ignore and its fine. I guess this is what happens when you put the charge backs more on the banks for culpability.
