My and my sisters X’s have been marked shipped by T-Mobile and UPS tracking provided. Both say they will be delivered on Friday November 3rd. I ordered both at the preorder time on the 27th. Can’t wait, we are both so excited. I already got us cases and screen protectors. :D

I bought a clear otterbox with blue sparkles, a mood case by case mate, a screen protector by case mate, and a ankers wireless charging pad. My stuff was a little more pricey, but I prefer to just go with the brands I know, so I know I won’t have any issues. Bought a offbrand case for my iPhone 7 last year and it scratched it up, not even 48 hours after I got the darn thing!

Ha I just bought the mood case as well!!

I think this year a lot of people went straight to Apple to order because of the fiasco with last year’s launch. Unfortunately this year Apple is pushing a lot of the IUP preorders up to the front of the queue, and those who ordered within the first 30 minutes have dates after 11/3. My Apple orders have dates of 11/17-11/24 and I ordered 6 minutes after T-Mobile.
That’s a fair theory. I didn’t order last year (but entirely true. We ordered a phone for my wife but it was standard
Black with base storage, so nothing fancy), but the 6s orders were a nightmare.

I won’t thoenthe entire story out here because it’s too dang long (for the reader and me lol) but I got the wrong phones ordered twice, trade ins wiped accidentally (and then lost at warehouse), credits not applied properly, but finally got a besrltnfree 6s plus out of it over three months of calling to find a resolution.

We reserved a phone for in store pickup at Apple as well as T-Mobile (since I was nervous how T-Mobile might work out) but was considering canceling that now that T-Mobile has shipping details in. My wife is still deciding if she wants an X; she just got an 8 that she loves though and thinks she might just wait to see what she thinks of my phone. I think Apple charges Cards day if so I either need to decide the day before, or go pick it up, leave it sealed, and have her decide what she wants within the return window.

False

Device Protection may only be added during a “qualifying event”. Typically, this is within 14 days of the purchase (order date) of a T-Mobile USA branded device from an authorized T-Mobile channel (T-Mobile retail stores nationwide, authorized postpaid dealers, Costco, Customer Care, for existing customers, T-Mobile.com, and Telesales, 1-800-T-Mobile). Additionally, there are occasional “open enrollment” periods. Qualifying events apply to new customers and existing customers who are upgrading their device.

I may be misunderstanding this but I think the original question was asking to switch jump and jump on demand terms, not add insurance?

Hello guys I would like to share with you my excitement so I ordered the iPhone X 64 GB silver with T-Mobile over the phone saying the EIP at exactly 12:30 AM PDT my Bank of America card always seems to get lot whenever large amounts take money out from my card so that’s exactly what happened on Sunday morning I called change my payment option and didn’t get charged until today around like one in the morning PDT after my card got the Klein my order instead of saying pre-order began to say partial pre-order I got a bit freaked out because I thought that I was in going to receive my phone in time because I had estimated shipping dates of November 2 to November 3 after eight or nine hours of waiting my order changed to shipped and when going on to UPS my choice I saw that T-Mobile were sending me a package and that it was set to arrive for November 3 so if there any one freaking out though it seems like the shipping dates are actually correct as long as your payment went through for the full amount of the down payment you should be good patiencenia key anyways soooo happpy! Thanks to everyone who answered on here

iPhone 64GB Silver ordered at 1 p.m. on Oct 27 charged earlier today and just shipped a couple of minutes ago.
What time zone?
[doublepost=1509415690][/doublepost]Seems like my 64gb silver might ship pretty early, I ordered at 7pm eastern time. It seems they are on the people who order 5-6 hours before me. Hopefully there’s another shipment of iPhones soon.

So I ordered my iPhone x 64 GB silver through apple 6 minutes after midnight and it still shows delivery 17-24th... So the next morning I logged onto Tmobile and paid full price for a new one (around 8am) That instantly showed Nov-3 -10. So I have been a little hopeful. I looked at my bank account and I got charged today (the 30th). When I log onto T mobile it shows Shipped and there is a tracking number with UPS for next day air. SAYS Oder Processed Ready for UPS. I am super excited and hope it doesn't stay in this queue for 10 days. Anyone else have a similar situation?

Quick question on TMobile’s device protection plans. I currently have device protection for $10 a month which doesn’t include Apple Care. If I upgrade to the Premium device protection for $12 a month that adds Apple Care.

So here’s the question. I do JOD and upgrade every year. Isn’t Apple Care included with every iPhone for the first year? If so would there be any reason to upgrade to premium protection if I’m going to upgrade again next year?

I’ve JOD’d from iPhone 7 Plus to Galaxy S8 to a iPhone 7 Plus again to a different color iPhone 7 Plus to iPhone 8 Plus to a different iPhone 8 Plus color and AppleCare+ appears always it does take time for serial to update with Apple servers but long as it’s on your line and you have an iPhone you will be covered if paying for AC+ $15.

How did you keep JOD with the AppleCare+ Insurance? I was told that the $15 is the new JUMP that includes AppleCare+. So I’d need to give up my current JUMP in order to switch to it.

That's if you are on JOD and pay an extra $12 a month

You can be on EIP and still get the Premium Device Protection which includes AppleCare+ and insurance (loss or theft) for $12 a month.

I was told by the TForce on twitter you get 20 days from DAY OF ORDER to add the insurance

They told me 14 days, consider that just to be on the safe side.

Here's a link to the options

Applecare = standard 1 year warranty.
Applecare+ = extended coverage

12/m premium protection include applecare+
