I have the rep my IMEI for my 6+ over the phone during preordering the X. I still have to wait until my X is here before shipping the trade in device to them. The only way they would honor the trade in is if I processed it along with my preordering. I already have the label to **** it back and last time I remember T-Mobile included tracking with it.

This morning I received my charge for the pre-order. Now to find out when it arrives! On to UPS. I wonder if a label has been created 11/2-11/3 ship date

Where do you see the estimate ship date? Is it the same from the T-Mobile app?

Maybe it went like this....... they tried to deliver it and went “Oh s*** this is an iPhone X, Apple will strike us dead, no thanks.” And then they brought it back. The end.

I literally texted my order over the mobile app while having lunch on pre-order day, hours after the hoopla. It was a great experience, very low stress. Order says Nov3-10th, but I'm sure that will slip once they see the inventory. No worries I have this pretty decent 8Plus to keep me company until then.

Just got my tracking number, so I'll be getting my phone on day 1. This is why T-Mobile is so great!

My ship date is 11/2-11/3. Will all the orders with those dates be shipped by 11/2 to be received by 11/3? Or will some be shipped 11/3 and be received on Monday?

UPS will show delivery date in your tracking info once T-Mob enters the label into there system. If you register at UPS the tracking number will automatically populate once that happens. That is the fastest way to know. TMob's system seems to not be real time.

That was the date when I ordered. Order status has not changed yet but I think if they charged me I have been assigned a phone and hopefully will get it Friday!

Ok weird - I had a second Tmobile/UPS tracking number show up on UPS mychoice. Both are 1lb/next-day... but I only ordered 1 phone. I wonder if they scrapped my first label? Neither has any movement out of Louisville.
