Same thing happened to me. I'll wait for a day before I request a hold for pickup on this one...
 
What's the status on the order?

I got a text message saying my order would be canceled if I didn't update my card. I talked to T-Mobile on the phone, and they said it was fine.

What's the order status for you guys and girls? Mine says "running."

Running is preparing to ship, I had that status for two days then I got my credit card charges this morning.

I'm on the same boat. 11/3 - 11/10 256 SG no updates. I contacted T-mobile and they said that "everything is fine".

I think the TMO device availability page is showing dates that are close in line with previous launches at this point.

My card has been charged for my second silver iPhone X 64gb with a shipping date of 11/3-11/10. Order was placed at 3pm PST. My first iPhone X order has already been charged and I already have the tracking number. That shipping date was 11/2-11/3.

How long from when you are charged does it take for TMobile to update order status? I was charged this morning but no change in order status and no packages showing up on UPS account.

i have the original jump also (Jump 1) and you can upgrade twice within 6 months no matter how much you paid
 
Starting to get worried now. Card hasn’t been charged and no shipping info yet. Delivery still says 11/3-11/10

Check myups around 3-4 hours after they charge you. I got charged 6:30am pst and had tracking around 9:45am
 
I have an update. My card was charged this morning. Estimated shipping date 11/3-/11/10 for the 256 gb silver. It doesn't really mean much but the 11/3-11/10 is making progress!

Yes, it means you'll probably see a tracking number in the next 24hrs which means you'll also probably have Friday or Sat.

UPS will show your tracking number hours before it shows on your TMob account.

What if the person took photos of their ID for you?

UPS literally says this on their website when you try to request for pickup so it makes no sense if they deny anyone just because the name doesn't match.

From an earlier post here "running" means your CC failed authorization the first time and they are running it again. If TMob said you were OK then the 2nd time must have been the charm. But if you want to be certain you could always call your CC issuer and confirm they approved the charge.
 
I want to see some movement on my ups tracking!!!! Its ready for UPS, I just want to see one more scan on the list lol

Thank you! :) I did approve authorization. Hopefully this doesn't slow down the process. :(

All you will need if the names do not match is a matching address on you state issued ID and the tracking number (email, text).
