It gave me a tracking number as well, but when I click on it nothing comes up un ups.com.
See my reply above—it depends on what you ordered for one thing, and there are tons of planes full of our phones arriving daily. Hang in there.

They attempted to charge my card this morning. Declined due to fraud protection. Called Citi and told them to let it go through. Called T-Mobile and told them to charge again. Does this mean I’m about to get charged/shipped, or is this some test to make sure there are funds available only?
My order still says “order in process” on the tmobile site but where it has the alerts right under that it has the loading sign and hasn’t changed for abt an hour Has anyone had this happen before their status changed or am I just reaching ?!! Lmao someone give me hope! Ordered 6am the 27th 64gb SG est ship 10/3-10/10

If they let the preorder go through then that shouldn’t effect it

Got my Apple case today. This is what I ordered the phone for and am most excited for: the case and it’s packaging are smaller than my iPhone 8 Plus.
Tried to order via tmo app at 12:01am and had errors. Tried for 30 minutes but to no avail. Went to bed, and the next morning around 8am called tmo and placed the order. The date they gave me was 11/3-11/10 ship. About an hour ago I got charged and the status went to shipped!

Okay now it says shipped but no tracking information...
its because the name doesnt match with what Tmobile sent UPS. check the order to add it as name variation or chat with UPS they can tell you. Once updated you can change delivery for pickup if thats what you were trying to do
General question about ups.com: are you guys entering a tracking number that T-Mo gave you, or is UPS automatically correlating your shipments with your mailing addresses and UPS account?

Both. T-Mo gave me the tracking number and about 12 hrs later UPS MyChoice texted me to say a shipment was coming to my address.
I added it to UPS exactly as T-Mobile has it on the "shipped to" on their site. They sometimes use All caps for the first name and not the last name, etc. . . I tried all of the variations. *shrug*
I used the number T-Mobile gave me, but to no avail. it says 'UPS cannot locate shipment details for your request"...
Same here... Silver 64gb with 11/3-11/10 expected ship dates. Still processing and haven't been charged
Nothing is showing on the web site for some reason. Check your phone App and it'll appear there still.
