The only time it will show a estimated delivery date when the label has been created is when you log into UPS my choice, gives you a few extra benefits. If not then you would have to wait until the package is UPS's hands, when it has an origin scan or such.

When did you pre-order?Got an email around 1:15am CST from T-Mobile with an update regarding an IMEI assigned to me, as well as seeing the UPS tracking number finallyI'm sure there will be a ton more action in the next 24 hours as these things start moving through Kentucky and whatnot
I was just charged in the last 20 minutes and when I woke up I saw the "UPS" text, fwiw. 256GB SG ordered at ~5am PST.
I checked my status this morning via the app and noted that my 64GB SG has been marked as shipped with a UPS label created. The billing section also lists my IMEI. No e-mails or texts with further info have been sent since my order was confirmed.
If past experience is any indicator, this UPS label will sit this way until the early morning hours on Friday. There were larger numbers of people (myself included) who saw no movement at all on the tracking on Thursday only to awake on Friday morning and see that the phone had left Louisville, made it here, and was out for delivery in short order. So my advice is not to panic. If you've got a label and an IMEI at this point, you should be good to go for Friday.

Weird. Mine has shown that all along. And I haven’t even been charged yet.
Hard to say. People have reported weird timings and statuses on the TMo order tracking page. For example the “Running” status. FWIW mine said UPS several hours after my order and eventually got tracking at UPS Sunday evening.
Has anyone with $0 down seen any movement yet??? I had shipping dates 11/3-11/10 SG 64gb my cousin had the same but she had a down payment she got charged and app says shipped mine still says processing I ordered 3 hours before her.
Was zero down on mine. Expected delivery of Friday from the get go. I have an updated agreement with IMEI too.
Showing shipped on t mobile now, looks like I’m actually getting my phone on launch day! Ordered a 64gb silver at 7pm eastern time 10/27.
Update here. Our 256 GB Silver changed to "shipped" yesterday evening w/UPS tracking #. However, 256 GB SG remains "Pre-Order / Estimated to ship 11/3-10." Only one charge on the CC now. Our SG is clearly lagging behind.

I got charged too. Space Gray / 256 GB. Ordered through T-Force at 2:34am PT. No other change, but I'm hopeful that it might get shipped soon. The shipping window I got is 11/3-11/10.
