Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

How man I find my IPhone X IMEI? I also wanna just pick up mine at a UPS location because it’s being sent all the way to Michigan to my sisters house because she’s the primary account holder smh, I live in oh. I would like to wake up and go to there closest hub, pick up my phone then go back to Ohio, rather than just sitting in there living room alllllllll day waiting on UPS. Any ideas on what I can do? My order is with ups now, just a label created but I don’t want to risk nothing too crazy where I’ll have to wait access days to receive my phone

My husband didn’t have a choice in the matter. I told him that if his comes before mine I was using it until mine arrives. I’m the one who stays up to pre-order every year, the one that deals with tmo when something goes wrong and the one who goes to pick up the phones so we don’t have to wait for UPS to deliver. I won’t have to now because both orders are arriving Friday.

At least we know who has the pants in the relationship.

UPS told me this morning that it's not good enough that the name on the ID match, but the address must match as well. Thanks UPS. Good thing I didn't move last week. . . oh wait, I did.

edit: Over the phone I was told that I can bring a copy of my new lease to prove residence. I don't know if I trust that.

I’ve always picked packages up from UPS with a different address. I️ always brought my photo ID and a print out of order, or either UPS page with the tracking info.

When did you pre-order?

Around 7am CST via T-Force as I initially ordered over the phone around 2am (couldn’t see the X on TMo after refreshing it a ton of s times) and got some Indian rep that messed up my order by sending the EIP for a 64GB silver when I asked for a 256GB. She never even mentioned the size back to me (only the color) til the very end when she was congratulating me on a 11/3 date. Said she couldn’t cancel it for 48 hours, so I waited til the morning and hit up twitter for two Xs and the other one doesn’t have a UPS number or charge yet But at least I’ll have one from the looks of it this week!

The one I ordered from Apple says it's left China and is now in Hong Kong. The one I ordered from T-Mobile still says ready for UPS. Both have a delivery date for Friday.

Am I the only 11/2-3 ship date and still in "Running" status?

Ordered 256 Silver at about 12:22AM pre-order day via website with EIP. Signed EIP documents received within 5 minutes. Had to reconfirm my CC after fraud alert this past Sunday. Monthly bill charged on same CC on Tues.

Hoping to get order tracking soon so I can place a hold at UPS hub. Flying out of town on 11/3 which I completely forgot when I ordered.

ok day 3 still no charge i called t mobile again and now i'm not sure what to believe they told me they were never declined and it was shown fine for some reason no clue what it may be she said the charge should be by tomorrow i'm not believing a word until it happens i still think friday won't even happen.

The phone has to be delivered to address of record. If you change the address your going to delay your phone. If you mark it to be held at UPS the main account holder will have to go down with their ID to pick it up. So I suggest going on about your life until Friday. Then go pick up your phone. Study maybe?

ordered 256 silver on 10/27 at 10:45 est - Estimated ship 11/3 - 11/10.

No activity whatsoever. I don't think I will be getting it this Friday.

Update on my order they attempted charge yesterday it declined and I updated card info but no attempted recharge yet? So we will see if I get on time delivery will keep you posted

I called T-Mobile and they said it was fine. I didn't give them new card info, but then I was in communication with T-Mobile via chat. In the chat they did ask for new payment information, and I sent it. My status is still "running." :/

Same!! No attempt to re-try. They said they re-try only once a day, so I had to wait until today. Nothing has happened.

There are 5 planes scheduled to land shortly after midnight, just as your mentioned, with a few others in the following hours. My guess is that most of us will see updates tomorrow early morning.
