Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Woohoo! The day (or more accurately the day before the night) of reckoning is finally upon us. Tonight is the night our X makes the trex to our localities. I don't expect any UPS scans until this evening -- even as late as 3am. My experience with UPS Air is that they don't start loading planes until around 9-10pm eastern. Don't keep refreshing your UPS app -- the whole watching a pot boil thing applies here too.

Just sucks that People who bought it from Apple got the origin scan in KY but not us.

1 plane? There have been multiple planes per day flying into Louisville with phones since last week. A UPS Boeing 747 carries about 200,000 phones along with other cargo. An MD-11, less than that. They don’t just dump 10 million phones (or whatever the opening volume is) in Louisville on one day. If someone has a label, chances are their phone got to Louisville already. These things are already staged to go to the hubs starting today.

Overnight delivery means the soonest scan will be the day before it is scheduled for delivery. They are not delivering iPhone before tomorrow (but some slip through), so today is the day. Probably late in the evening...even after midnight with some preorders in the past.

My dates are 11/3-11/10 Sg 64gb I ordered 3 hours before my cousin same phone same dates and she got her ups and delivery for tomorrow I got nothing
 
Just noticed when I tracked my package, it had reference numbers now.

Held mine at the CC center 15 miles away.
 
Anyone seeing any movement from Louisville? I have two 64GB Silver there still since Sunday. No movement.

Some orders move a bit faster than others. I don't really believe (based on the delivery dates you have) that you genuinely have a right to be upset or angry. They gave you dates that they will more than likely uphold. If you had gotten an 11/2-11/3 date and then they CHANGED it to 11/3-11/10 I would be upset or angry. But be patient, you'll get your phone. And if you don't wanna wait, I'd go sit outside an Apple store and hope for the best.

One of my phones had a Nov. 17-24 Delivery until this morning when I got a shipped notification!

Apple showing November 8th Delivery. UPS my choice showing November 6th Delivery.

Ummm actually I do because it’s suppose to be first come first serve I woke up early to preorder and woke my cousin up 3 hours after! So yes I do have a right! Why wld someone who ordered after me get their phone before me??? The same phone same dates!

Bought from Apple, no KY scan for me although people who were in the 2nd batch behind mine did get it. Just a delay on the UPS side is all.

Did you have any issues with the original form of payment? Did you financial institution block it or anything like that? Also, did you order online or over the phone?

Life's not fair, you have 11/3-11/10 ship dates, deal with it and be happy for your cousin.

I had $0 down and I’m beginning to think that could be why! She had a down payment.When I messaged them they said that that wouldn’t matter because it goes by when you sign and I signed mine 3 hours before her. I ordered over the phone and so did she.I obviously have no choice but to wait but then they shouldn’t say first come first serve,you know? That wld defeat the purpose of me getting up early to preorder
