I am going to reach out to Art Lucero (Director, T-Mobile Executive Response) on Twitter. You might want to do the same if you haven’t already. From what I’ve been reading, he’s the T-Mobile problem solver.

https://twitter.com/art_lucero

T-Mobile seems to be charging cards 1X per day in the morning. If it doesn’t happen Thursday morning, we probably aren’t getting it till next week.
Thanks I just tweeted him

Grrr. Been there before. It just annoying when it's the system that is screwing up. I'll cross my fingers for you tomorrow is the charm.
I’m hoping so. It’s been almost five days and after force days they cancel the order
That’s bs. Go to Twitter and reach out to Art Lucero and see what he can do. His team helped me last year when my iPhone was sitting in a warehouse instead of on its way to me.

Same here. Tmobile says my phone has shipped, UPS tracking info just says “order processed ready for ups”. It’s been in this same status since about 4pm eastern time yesterday.

It's going to stay that way until it ship. If not late tonight then it will be late tomorrow night.

Anyone know if we will get more precise estimated delivery times once there's more movement with UPS?

Yes. Once it's "picked up" you will see a 4 hour window in the UPS app and online (assuming you registered for My Choice).

He has not answered but social media employee reached and told me “I'm sorry that this situation has caused you all this added stress, and I assure you that I will get you some answers. Currently, your order is still in the partially-preordered status, and this means that the card would not yet be charged. The estimated ship date on your order is either 11/02 or 11/03, so I would expect you will see the order updates very soon.”
Thanks I just tweeted him

As for the UPS four hour window don’t count on it. Just had a First Order ST helmet delivered the other day which was supposed to come from 4:15 to 8:15. It came at 10:30am. I had to sign for it so luckily I knew better than to leave the house! Keep an eye on that new truck tracker. It’ll give you a better idea of delivery time.

How do I track trucks?

Does every carrier have the same location as us, where the planes land at?
[doublepost=1509591080][/doublepost]Looks like the Apple thread knows more of what’s going on with the planes lol.

I don’t remember, but does the phones from T-Mobile require a signature? I know directly from Apple they do.

It seems there’s mixed feedback on this. Some say no, but I have always been required to sign. I have even left a signed note on my door telling the UPS driver to leave the package, and he placed the “sorry we missed you” sticker right next to it.

Every T-Mobile phone I’ve gotten since the iPhone 6 no signature they just leave it at the door.

^ this is correct.

I think people are confused because there's multiple preorder sources we're all using.

If you preordered from Apple directly, yes you will need a signature, they do this for any high value purchases.

If you preordered from T-Mobile (for better or for worse), they'll just leave your device at your door, no signature needed.

No confusion here. The iPhone X, as well as every other phone I’ve ordered has been directly through T-Mobile. They’ve never left one without a signature. Just saying mileage may vary.

that's so weird! unless localized UPS delivery sites are operating under their own guidelines maybe? but yeah I've never experienced that with any T-Mobile deliveries in MA.

The one I ordered from Apple is in the US and it departed AK at 605pm. Still no word on the one I ordered from TMobile. I'm guessing the middle of the night.

The only thing I can think of is I live in a neighborhood with the houses very close together. I’m about a half hour outside of the major city in the suburbs, so it’s not like we have a lot of commotion or anything. I have tried leaving notes for the driver and everything, they just won’t do it (my neighbors have the same problem). The worst part is I get home about 30 mins after our UPS guy usually gets here, so I always barely miss him. Last time I left a note saying to leave it and that my neighbor was picking it up for me and he still didn’t leave it, I finally got annoyed and called his supervisor and made him come back.

Don't bother man. People can't read. This is the T-Mobile thread. As in you preordered with T-Mobile.

Apple Store orders ALWAYS require sigs no matter the $$ amount. And they almost exclusively ship via Fedex.

I hope to wake up in the morning and finally see some movement on my tracking. I have checked MyUPS about 20 times a day in hopes it’s finally actually on its way.
