I also got flat from Chase on Tuesday morning and call T-Mobile immediately to resolve the issue, the rep told me everything is fine and I should have an update in 24 hours...nothing happen yesterday after 24 hours and I called again, another Rep said there is nothing shown so I need to resolve with them, elevate to an supervisor but still need to wait another 24 hours...blah blah blah...nothing after another 24 hours so I will call them again shortly.
I did immediately call Chase to allow the charge to go thru so I know this is not from my cc in the last 2 days...sigh!
