No issues on my end. Got the EIP confirmation 5 min after order and saw my monthly TMobile bill charged on the same CC as the X order on 11/1. Still have rest of today to see if it ships.
Did your CC get flagged? What're your shipping dates? Have you been charged?
Yes, flagged on Sunday, but cleared that up within an hour of getting the text. Shipping still showing 11/2-3. That has not changed since I ordered. Status went from "processing" to "Running" and has been Running since Mon. Spoke to 2 different reps and they swear I did not lose my place in queue and my order hasn't changed. I guess technically they could ship on 11/3 and still be truthful.

Yeah... cc got declined called them up to approve shipping was for today and delivery tomorrow and no charge.
I was really worried with all the hype over the X but honestly this launch is way smoother than last year's. I remember staying up to order right at 3AM EST and my 7+ wasn't received until a week after launch. This is the first time I'm getting an iPhone at launch! Beyond excited and props to T-Mobile for making this happen.
I ordered the 7+ Last year in store and got it a month later. So, yeah I agree this launch is way smoother.
Ah. Maybe calling your CC company before buying should resolve that initial hitch in the process.
A large purchase out of the blue always triggers a CC. Funny thing for me is that someone tried to use my credit card at a dollar store and that got flagged because they were spending $100+ at the dollar store. I usually make large purchases too on that specific CC too. I use an AMEX charge card.
Yeah next time I will call em ahead of time for some reason t mobile seen the charges approved but yet the order Stuck in limbo.
It's lighter than the plus model but it has a premium feel to it? I guess the build quality just feel's that much more stepped up. buttons and switches are super crisp and it feels like you're getting a 999$ phone.
Well I finally got a answer they couldnt charge my card because it got declined to many time so I changed to another card got charged immediately. Just waiting for tracking number. I’m so dam excited
I also got flat from Chase on Tuesday morning and call T-Mobile immediately to resolve the issue, the rep told me everything is fine and I should have an update in 24 hours...nothing happen yesterday after 24 hours and I called again, another Rep said there is nothing shown so I need to resolve with them, elevate to an supervisor but still need to wait another 24 hours...blah blah blah...nothing after another 24 hours so I will call them again shortly.
I did immediately call Chase to allow the charge to go thru so I know this is not from my cc in the last 2 days...sigh!
What's the time frame from when you guys are getting charged to when it ships. The app is showing me Being Processed with a ship date estimate of 11/3-11/10. But I just noticed that my card was charged this morning. I thought we weren't going to be charged until it shipped so does this mean it may be going out today? Thanks in advance.

How is it possible you ordered on Saturday morning and it's already on its way? I ordered mine Friday 1:30pm and the tmobile webiste says shipping estimate 11/10 - 12/01 ? Lots of people have seen improvement in their estimated delivery, but I haven't seen a single move in my case
I'm assuming I'll have to wait 3 weeks at least.
the label got created. That constitutes a "shipped" status from TMobile. you'll get UPS link which will state the label got created. You could be getting it Saturday/Monday as i got the same charge + label back on Tuesday.
