I called again and the rep (finally an American rep, the last two are Indian and even the supervisor is Indian, no offense here but just want to state the facts) said the supervisor "DIDN'T" update my cc info yesterday the way he should, otherwise this will get resolve yesterday. Told him my cc (same one that got flat on Tuesday) into again and boom, I see charge intermediately to my card...so I am waiting for the tracking number now. I just think it's too late to have it deliver tomorrow. well, at least it is resolved...
