Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

oh wow. i ordered my on friday 11am and its getting delivered tomorrow as well.

maybe location?
 
My phones will be on this flight unless I missed another heading to Phoenix earlier, but this is the normal for Phoenix.

It's probably model related. Did you also ordered the same model with the same storage? (Silver / 64GB)

ya i ordered 256 SG at 11am 10/27 but still getting delivered tomorrow. hopefully it updates by early afternoon!
 
So because I been having so many problems. T-Mobile paid my phone bill for the month. Today is getting better and better. We were going to be really tight after paying the bill and now we can afford to pay one more payment on rent this month. Such a awesome day

So I changed both my phones this morning from being delivered to my house to being picked up at a Ups CC. Now it says “Exception and Date Tentative” instead of the Friday delivery it had prior. Is that normal?

mine was charged Tuesday. and then the label that was created was revealed later in the day by UPS. Weird how everyone is getting a different experience when it comes to shipping.

i think it is. had it with normal packages. sometimes it didn't work and still got delivered to the original location. had pretty good response times but i find that the day before a delivery and time of the day, its hit or miss.

Completely normal. All of them show the same until it's in transit and pick up request is completed.

Here's hoping! It won't be the end of the world if I have to wait a couple of days for it but I was so mentally ready to have it tomorrow that it will be a major bummer to start off my weekend. I even asked for a half-day off at work so I can be home when UPS comes by haha.

I called again and the rep (finally an American rep, the last two are Indian and even the supervisor is Indian, no offense here but just want to state the facts) said the supervisor "DIDN'T" update my cc info yesterday the way he should, otherwise this will get resolve yesterday. Told him my cc (same one that got flat on Tuesday) into again and boom, I see charge intermediately to my card...so I am waiting for the tracking number now. I just think it's too late to have it deliver tomorrow. well, at least it is resolved...

I got the SG 256GB, maybe that's why. According to the TMobile representative, they had more orders of the 64 than the 256, that's why I chose 256. Nevermind, I'll wait another week. Good luck to all of you!

Trust me I know what u mean lol but I was just pleasantly surprised! And I think you will be too! #patsnation lol
 
My phone is finally getting ready to leave Louisville and head this way! I had changed delivery location to a nearby customer center and the exception from that has gone away, delivery day is definitely tomorrow, shows an 'origin scan' as of 11:10am EDT and status of "In Transit" on the UPS app.

It's going to be a LOOOOOOONG work day tomorrow! ;-)
