Wow, I'm super impressed. That was great! iPhone 8 Plus 64gb Silver. $0 down and $33 a month. Signed EIP already. Huge props to T-Mobile!

My person on the phone is also very slow. She confirmed everything like three times. Then she got to the last screen and said it crashed. She currently has me muted as she starts over and re-enters my order.

Just finished ordering an 8+ 64 Silver and 8 64 Space gray both on JoD
Both orders went through and esigned email with order confirmations
Now the waiting starts!

Finally got my order to go through on the website. iPhone 8, silver, 64 GB. This one will be replacing my wife's 6. I'm keeping my 6S Plus 128 GB for another year.

We didn't have Jump or JoD, both our phones are paid off. I just used the EIP program for hers.

Kinda sucks I had to pay $25 to get overnight shipping. At least it was $0 down (except tax) otherwise.

I've been an AT&T customer until now, so this was my first time doing the preorder dance with T-Mo. Wasn't bad at all. I even scheduled a 2:15 AM CSR call in case I couldn't get my order through on the web, and the phone rang right on schedule. By then I was just completing my web order so I cancelled it.

Getting two on my business account, she says their system is slow, lots of CS yelling in the background...

My rep was so slow, was on for 30 minute and she had to repeat the ordering process 2 times. Good thing I still got a 22nd date ;)

Order done. e-sign email has already arrived and been signed off. iPhone 8+ 64GB Space Gray on it's way to me soon! I'm replacing a 7+ 128GB. Turns out I didn't need all that storage.

lol so the rep i talked to earlier said part of the $300 trade in would be applied to down payment. well apparently that wasnt true. the iphone 8 was worth it coming from the 6s+ if absolutely nothing down and a lower monthly bill was in play. now that its not, well , see you guys next year

Is the overnight shipping option needed to get it on release day?

This is my first time pre-ordering with T-Mobile. Do you have to select overnight shipping to receive the phone on release date? With other carriers it was always delivered on release date regardless.

This was my question as well. I'm cheap, but impatient :)

That was easy. Was told 9/21-9/22 for our 2 JOD 8+ in Space Gray. First CSR was no help, kept asking for an account password that didn't exist. Second call got a very nice guy in Richmond who put my order in. Much more peaceful than last year, we will see what happens at the end of October........

Just placed my family's order. 2 64gb iPhone 8s and 2 64gb iPhone 8+s. My rep was awesome but he did say that there would be a delay in getting the EIP for me to sign so I'm anxiously waiting for that.
