I didn't get an email stating the dates. I got an email stating I needed to do the electronic signature
It's on the order status page now for me on their website.

This is my first time pre-ordering with T-Mobile. Do you have to select overnight shipping to receive the phone on release date? With other carriers it was always delivered on release date regardless.
Unknown, as this is my first time preordering with T-Mo as well. At checkout I was offered three options. UPS Ground (7+ days), UPS Ground (5-7 days), or Overnight. Cost ranged from $7 to $25. I would like to get it on release day, so I went with Overnight. Kinda torqued about the cost as I had gotten release day delivery from AT&T and Apple in previous years.

I signed the EIP and got email confirmation of that, but still no order status of any kind that indicates an estimated delivery date.

Tomorrow I might call support to ask about that shipping charge. Seemed excessive.

Can't believe how much of a breeze this was! Super impressed this year.

Earlier today on the web I saw that the Plus might be $80 down and $30/month but I got it for $0 down and $33/month. Anyone else? Maybe it's because I'm on JoD.

Never mind! I logged in to my T-Mobile account rather than the general order status search and it says estimated to ship 9/21-9/22

Yeah on JOD the 64gb options on both 8 and 8 + don’t have a down payments. The 256gb ones do.

Ok thank you for that clarification. As of right now. I received the document to sign, I received the confirmation for signing , and that was it. I have yet to receive the third one

Got my pre-orders in no issues. Called separately for my two JOD ones & did EIP online. Noticed one thing though... 2-day shipping on JOD and 5-7 days ground shipping on EIP??

You should be able to call and upgrade shipping

Looks like almost everything is available for launch day pick up/shipping. Space grey in 64GB/256GB slipped a bit but only a week or so. This means the numbers for X will be immense

Seeing a lot of you on here having positive experiences makes me ever more hopeful that the iPhone X Launch is going to go smooth. Both the 6s+ and the 7+ I have ordered from TMO have been some of the biggest hassles of my life. Also good to see some familiar names from the iPhone threads in years previous!

The ordering will go smooth - shipping estimates, not so much

I think the X will be a pain since I'm pretty sure more people want that than the 8

Interesting, might just be a system thing? Also, my JOD orders are showing on order status but not my EIP... weird
My EIP order isn't showing up either. I read elsewhere that T-Mobile prioritizes Jump/JoD orders, for what that's worth. It might also explain why I had to pay big $$$ for overnight shipping, maybe JoD buyers get a break on that.
