Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

So I’m having a lot of action today. Card charged. T-Mobile status to shipped. Tracking# generated. And now I have my first status from UPS saying the order was processed. Not sure what this means but my estimated delivery still says for tomorrow. So we will see.

Dumb question, but the SIM cards usually comes preinstalled inside the devices, correct?

How much time did it took the status to change to shipped?

ordered 2 from apple and one from tmobile...all three are in ontario in the same shipment...heading to HNL later tonight.

My iPhone is in my city now, I don't think I can wait any longer, calling UPS and telling them to hold it and pick it up tomorrow morning, besides, 3 or 5 agents couldn't told if they changed my address number which was wrong when I ordered the iPhone, just hoping my ID doesn't need to match my address.

ugh finally, 11hrs after they charged me, the status finally changed to shipped..but its 8:15pm CST now, will it still arrive Chicago tomorrow?

Yes, you should get yours tomorrow as well. I got confirmation earlier that mine was shipped out at 5:17pm. Overnight shipping is included.

I got the SG 256GB, maybe that's why. According to the TMobile representative, they had more orders of the 64 than the 256, that's why I chose 256. Nevermind, I'll wait another week. Good luck to all of you!

I also ordered the SG 256 and have the same delivery dates. I did however order late on friday evening 5:45pm CST. Delivery is for chicago.

This will be my first JOD update with TMO. I switched from ATT back in March and have me a 7+ 128GB Space Gray I'll be trading in. Been reading this thread for what feels like forever. The suggestion of calling them on the phone paid off. I got through right away at 2AM (Central), and everything was finalized rather quickly. Of course, the next day I got the fraud notice from my bank, so I called back and even that was dealt with pleasantly. My 256 Space Gray will be here tomorrow.

Just got an update with mine a few minutes ago. That's about a half hour to 40 min drive from where I live. With the overnight shipping you will most likely be getting your updates very soon as well.

Edit: Scared me when I saw "IN" on that status update. I was worried they sent it over to Indiana lol

Just got an update with mine a few minutes ago. That's about a half hour to 40 min drive from where I live. With the overnight shipping you will most likely be getting your updates very soon as well.

Edit: Scared me when I saw "IN" on that status update. I was worried they sent it over to Indiana lol

Isn't thins exactly how their jump program works? Sounds to me they are trying to capitalize on some fancy workding, a thing they pride themselves for specifically not doing.

I don't believe Jump has a cost. They used to require insurance. THey do not any longer, at least not on iphones.

Jump has a cost it includes insurance and the upgrade feature. You can finance a phone without jump but jump is a $12- $15 charge.

Whatever you say. When I asked a rep about this she confrimed when we were first using jump for one of our lines. My wif'es 8 is on Jump, there is no added cost or anything, though I suppose one could argue this is part of the iphone upgrade program (we got no indication we were on such a thing). Her 7 was the same way. I can log in now and it has the jump icon next to her line.
