so the executive response team called me back told me they figured out the problem so looks like next week i guess... kinda sucks though when but whatever. anyways congrats to all you guys who's getting them tomorrow.

Bring a utility bill. You shouldn't have to (I never had to), but it's a safe bet.
So my tracking number showed me a departure of 3:10pm from Louisville but I never received an arrival scan. And it’s been almost 8 hrs since then. Keep in mind I live in Virginia Beach, va so like two states away from Kentucky. Any one else having this problem?
THIS IS NORMAL UPS ARE GETTING MORE PACKAGES THAN THEY CAN HANDLE.. MOST LIKELY YOU WONT GET A UPDATE TIL OUT FOR DELIVERY
Same thing with Atlanta. 3:50 departure. No arrival so far. Wondering if they are actually trucking some of the shipments despite saying it’s next day air saver.
The only thing I can think of is that they are holding them at Louisville then sending them off later in the night to the more closer areas. That way they can use more plans for the further states. But I’m sure I’m wrong
It’s possible. They know they have more wiggle room to get them to us in time. Good theory.
Same boat. 2:22 departure acan and I’m in NEPA. It will get to us all tomorrow.

Hope I didn't do anything stupid or is this just normal after requesting a "hold", also the girl that I talked to told to go at 10am instead of 8am which is the time they open.
You good probably was on a truck. My departure scan was at 5:10. Didn’t get arrival scan until 9:11. And it’s a state over from me
I imagine you told them which facility to hold it? It should theoretically get a scan to head to that facility. I have always had to pick a facility; generally they offer one up to me.
I am not doing this this year. I just don't have the time. It will get delivered, and that will have to be that haha.
I’m in San Antonio too, and mine got departed to, I think they might be shipping it to other ups that’s around the city?
Now I get this from T-Moible, before it said "shipped" and no it says partially preorder.. what???
Someone explained what partial preorder meant. I don't recall what it was. Something about an order that got tracking messed up IIRC. You can always try calling UPS again and voicing your concerns. Honestly if I were you I wouldn't get sleep tonight not having called lol.
Well, it's official, I went completely paranoid for a few minutes, I shouldn't be refreshing every 5 seconds, well, everything is ok now, T-Mobile shows shipped, the request to change my address looks like it just got acknowledged by the system, and the package is still in San Antonio.
