Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Well I’m going to be just here watching everyone get thier phones. On preorder day I used the app and got my order in at that time the only shipping available was ups ground(7day shiping) so I went with it. You guys know the issues I been having with getting charged so they told me I had overnight shipping(I thought they upgraded it or something because they kept saying my phone was ready to ship). Well I know now why I have no tracking number or anything my phone won’t be in my hands until wensday at the latest not 11/2-11/3 like promised. Only way to get overnight is to cancel my order and I’m not waiting months like last time. They are on backorder right now as it is. Y’all better spam me with pictures.

Did you consider trying a t mobile store?

So why is ups telling me I cannot pick up at a store because they haven’t tried delivering it yet? That’s bs

You might be too late to initiate pickup. You have to do it at a time when sorting hasn't happened yet. It looks like you are past the point of no return and need a delivery attempt before the item gets sent back to Customer Center

I called and asked to have it changed when it was still in Kentucky maybe mid Wednesday. Got the same answer then as well. Figured I’d call again and hopefully get a different rep. Guess not lol

You can’t really. It will say ‘by end of day’ but could be first thing or last stop on the route depending on where you are on the route. It should be your “usual” time for deliveries.

In the past I’ve had mixed results. Sometimes I will get notified it’s ready for pickup in advance and other times I show up at open anyway and walk out with it.

Someone is giving you bad information. AFAIK all of the preorders were shipped with the next day air service regardless of what you picked at checkout. Best of luck - maybe you’ll get a nice surprise sooner than later!

Last activity on mine was a departure scan from JFK at 10:08 last nigh - the final air destination. That’s about an hour drive from the hub and CC. The CC opens at 8:30.. Not sure if mine will be ready for pickup by the time I leave for work around 8:45
