JOD customer here. Got on a call at 11:59, immediately got a fun lady who told me to call her Beyonce instead of Kanesha (lol). Went through all the steps and received my email to sign equipment agreement at 12:24 and it says my order time was at 12:06. I then received my Order Placed email at 12:32 and I can now see it on My T-Mobile. Says my 64 GB Silver X should ship Nov 2 - 3 with overnight shipping. The whole process surprisingly went extremely well and stress free.

One thing I have to question though is why I had to put $270 down to order when I remember John Legere tweeting that there would be no down payment for the 64 GB version on JOD? I didn't question her and immediately gave my CC info so I didn't risk losing Nov 3 delivery date LOL.

T-Mobile was SO trash. Called 2:50am, got in fine and they handed me off to 3 different reps and had me on hold twice. 30 min phone call, and in the end they said JoD had no $0 down option and never did. Like what? Ended up running to Apple's website and buying in full asap. Crazy! Got a Nov 17-24 delivery window.

Sorry guys but I'm 90% confident that your estimated delivery doesn't mean jack, at least for the moment. T-Mobile isn't updating their site's estimated delivery in real-time, it's hard coded for the moment. Apple's site is already estimating December delivery so there's no way all of us with a 11/3 release date are getting it on release.

Me everyday

I wouldn’t trust the shipping date guys. Every year it’s the same thing. Everyone’s probably going to be put on back order by tomorrow. That’s how tmobile does it every year.

I'd like to hope this isn't the case.. TMO's had a smooth experience so far and my rep said TMO did a lot of work on their end to ensure a different experience from last year's pre-order debacle. But, it's anyone's guess.. we shall see in the morning when the rest of the world wakes up where we stand.

^ This guy is a T-Mobile pre-ordering veteran. Everyone's gonna be posting about their backordered phones tomorrow lol

Thinking the same thing, Ordered from Apple at 11 min past and was 2-3 weeks. Ordered from TMob a good 30 min later because of web issues and was Nov 2-3. Doesn’t really add up unless TMobs inventory counter online isn’t real time. Still there is the difference that you don’t need a TMob ac to order from Apple but you do from TMob. Could...could be the difference. We’ll soon see.

Doesn't even show the iPhone X online when trying to order. Just the 8 and 7.

What worked for me was scrolling all the way down and selecting “All Phones”

Was able to see it and order it then.

EDIT: Not on the screen with the 8/8+, on the screen with the iPhone and LG promos

Says Nov 2-3 for my 3:50 EST order. Wishful thinking it stays anywhere near that.

People please start posting your estimated delivery dates on here.

I somehow feel like many of us with launch day delivery dates are gonna get shafted come Monday (like a few people last year) -- saying this because Apple.com has already started hitting the 2-3 week+ delivery date for the X.
Placed my order at 2:52 eastern my shipping dates are estimated to be 11/2-11/3. Not holding my breath

Well I was off the phone by like 3:05 so I sure hope I get mine on launch day.

I’m so pissed. Was my reps first call and he’s telling me that one of the lines is showing that I can’t upgrade cause I never turned in my 7 plus and I’m all like that’s because it’s still being used because I haven’t used jod on that line since last year. So it takes 45 min to order the other phone and still not resolved with the first line

Ordering from tmobile has more steps have to call in set it all up sign Eip. Apple mostly is pay phone up front so people have it saved and use apple pay go in app hit favorite then click apple pay then its done takes like 30 seconds. So 10 minutes on Apple site vs Tmobile over phone is a difference.
