order went thru at 2:58 CT, got email at 3:10CT confirming price and 11/2 ship date!

props to the rep that I held almost 30min for and took care of me.
I can cancel my back up order on the apple app that has a ship date of 2-3 weeks

Don’t know how fast you intend to do that but I’d wait a few weeks. I’m in exact same situation as you. No intention of canceling anything until something actually ships. Remember you are not charged until shipping occurs so no harm in waiting.

Anyone just place an order and get 11/2-11/3 shipping time? If so, that's how you know we're all definitely getting our shipping bumped back because they're using those dates as a placeholder.

I am glad the old phones displaying issue wasn't just me. I cleared my cache and it showed for a second but then all I saw was the iPhone 8 and 7... Went to the app same thing.. Not sure what that issue was..

JOD is such a flawed system now with phones being so expensive. In order to get the $0 you need available credit. With 5 lines on JOD with the 8 Plus there’s obviously no credit left. When I got the 8 Plus I was told I would have no problem but they got rid of the ability to temporarily raise the limit to put through an order. So only option for JOD with $0 down is to go to a store to do an immediate trade in when they eventually get stock of the phones.

Only thing I'm waiting on is the copy of my EIP agreement. But I did get the email saying they received it and the order placed email.

You are placed in queue only after you sign the contract right?

This was kind of a disaster for me. The first rep somehow didn't send two fo the 5 contracts to sign. Decided to call them again after 20 minutes instead of waiting more and the second person was able to re-send. It's been 30 minutes but I am still missing the final two emails stating that the order has been placed. Also on the order status site it doesn't list two of the orders.

Online did not display the iPhone Xs. T-mobile fail.

I also highly doubt that these ship dates are correct.

With the iPhone 6 trade in that I bought for $150 ($300 trade in value!) I'm now paying less per month than I was for my iPhone 7 Plus. I Love T-Mobile, they know how to make this fun. Ordered 64gb Space Grey iPhone X. Totally psyched.

Called T-Mobile around 12:29am after having no luck with the site or the app. They both were only giving me options to upgrade to the iPhone 8. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I finally got a rep on the phone who was able to place a pre-order for a iPhone X Space Grey 256GB. He told me that I'd be receiving the phone on 11/2 - 11/3 and that he would email me the EIP to digitally sign. After about 30 minutes I never received the document so I called back and the rep was able to resend it and I got it right away. Now it's all signed and I'm just waiting to get the phone, hopefully next week. I had to pay $568.16 for the down payment and they are going to issue me a $300 credit once I send them my current phone back. I'm thinking about not even sending them my phone tho as I see people selling the same phone on third party site for upwards of $600. I have the iPhone 7 Plus 128GB. So if i'm able to sell it for that much it would cover my down payment and I'd only be paying the $30 a month for the iPhone X.

On my order status, it is not showing me a credit for my trade in. It shows $30 due monthly and "Original estimated value:$0.00" for my trade in.

Does anyone else see this on their order status, or just me.

Got in right away to T-Mobile at 2am; should have known it was too good to be true. The customer service rep told me I had to go into the store to upgrade. After 15 minutes then trying to figure out Twitter to get support I got through to 611 again and ended up ordering a 64gb Silver X. The rep said I should still get the phone next week; here’s to hoping I’m good to go!

Anyone get slapped with a down payment for jump on demand? We never have had one and weren’t offered the $0 down option.
Anyone with an account younger than 3 years old now HAS to pay down payment on this phone. Kinda BS, but at the end of the day, I am not going to trade it in anyway. We have done JoD on four phones and they all made more sense to keep or just pay off and trade towards another device during a promo.

Yeah, I feel a little skeptical about the fact that we're all on 11/2-11/3 shipping dates. I ordered within the first 4 minutes on the Apple Store and my shipping there was 11/10-11/17. Seems a little too good to be true.
I think there are a TON of people trying online and thus unable to even see the X. For whatever reason their online is just down.

This happened to me with the 6S plus. I didn't actually get my EIP until 12 hours later due to backlog. By that time it was WELL sold out for weeks on Apple's site. I still got a launch day device.

On a side note I, for the first time ever, got insurance. #12 a month with apple care as well as loss/theft replacement. For $90 more than apple care over the life of the phone I have loss/theft insurance. That sounded great to me.
