Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Kept refreshing the site > iPhone X preorder went live for me at 2:55 > placed order and received EIP email at 2:56 and a "device is ordered" email at 2:57. Yay! Hopefully I will be able to get it next Friday. Good luck everyone!
I called in at about 3:10am, waited 25mins. Spoke to a very nice guy who waited for me as i frantically searched for my business's account's info but did not know it. Luckily, i was able to continue with numerous amounts of OTHER info. Space grey in 64gb. I tried to trade in my 6 plus but for some reason my IMEI was coming up invalid even though i bought that directly from Apple store. Anyway, guy said to wait until i receive the iphone X and go adjust it in stores.
I had to put down a massive down payment(around $500), i assume because of the fact i just opened my account about a month ago. However, monthly will be $18 and if i manage to trade the 6 plus, it should be $8 a month, according to the rep, so that's not too bad.
Confirmation email came immediately, rep waited on the line in case. Said he did not want me to have to call back and wait behind the 400 people in queue. Delivery date is still for 11-03. Wishful thinking. WE SHALL SEE.

I think you are right, I lost a lot of time trying to order by app and on my mac, until I decided to call, probably 30 minutes late and still shows delivery 11.2-11.3, but maybe, just maybe T-Mobile have more the enough or maybe people not being able to order online makes it possible to get it by launch date.
Same, but this is normal. The $300 isn't coming directly off the iPhone X its coming as a $12.50 discount for 24 months.
Only time will tell. I hope that is the case, and not as many people called in and just kept refreshing the site. I ordered about 4:15 so I may SOL. What a mess!
You should get an order confirmation email (check your spam folder). There's a link there to track your order.
New device countdown email came in ... haven’t seen anyone mention it .. i ordered Lil late as well as I was trying to order online should of called right away , 3:49 est docusign confirmation , and 4:42 got the boom! Email
forgot to post just wanted to update i called at 11:59 and spoke to a rep at exactly 12:01 ordered 2 iPhone X 256gb one silver one space grey got the doc's signed and estimated ship is 11/2-11/3... kinda surprising it went very smooth as far as the date i'm still not expecting it till sometime later.... all in all a great night! congrats to everyone who got there's!
It’s showing $30 monthly payment, which would mean no credit. I was worried, but I just got an email confirmation of my order that shows the $12.50 a month credit. The EIP emails were instant, but the order confirmation email took about an hour.

So I had to get this out here my experience with this preorder cycle.
I had called and talked to a rep and told that my order was good and that I would just need to sign the email.
12:07 PST (CA ) I had finished the conversation.
I was like OK, refreshing my browser and turned on my push for my email account.
I decide to call back at 12:30 something to see if everything was for sure going well,
Then I was told I had no order on file. I was livid. Can you imagine giving someone all your card information and then being told that u had nothing on file. After sometime I finished a new order by 1:05amPST.
The person at this point supervisor level, told me they get actively notified about the stock and at that point still had stock left for the Nov 3rd release date. However, I was very skeptical of this but she assured me I would get my phone at launch. So for those out there maybe the shipping is being updated because there should be a system in place to tell people when they are on backorder. Another comment is, what time are you placed into the queue for the phone. Is it the order time or the time the signed documents were confirmed.
(This is my second time preordering since the iPhone 6)

Also, when the reps can actually resend the email to you so you can get it faster. If they are nice they can prolly spam the resend button and get a request in.
It weird it went so smooth I called about 40 mins after and still got a nov2/nov3 shipping estimate. Is anybody else worried that these dates mean nothing that Tmobile can change them as they please or maybe even Tmobile doesn’t know how many there getting and when the finally see there stock they will update new dates
Don’t know, I was on tmo site and hit refresh and the option to “pre order now” was available.
