Damn I just realized the T-mobiile rep spelled my name wrong for my credit card. Ironically they typed it in correctly for my email address. Anyone with experience in this? Will I have to re-order the phone and lose my spot in line?

I did just call them and they said it wouldn't matter, if the name was completely incorrect but I'm having a hard time believing that.
I'd call care just to verify, but from what I've had customers tell me from similar situations is to leave it alone: it may go through still, but if not, you should be notified that the payment failed - and then given an option to change your payment method (you can input your card info correctly then).

I am feeling very unhappy right now. When i called in to make my order, the rep told me the iphone 6plus that i wanted to trade in for the $300 bill credits, was coming up invalid. He said i can go in the store when i receive my phone x and ask them to add the iphone 6plus trade in then.

However, i just spoke with a rep and they said that is impossible and the trade in phone must be added when the order was made. He said my options are to CANCEL my order and make a new one with the iphone 6 plus. Or i can simply just do the plain trade-in value, which with my iphone 6 plus 16gb will be far below the $300 bill in credits promotion. How upsetting.

Contact TForce on Twitter. They can do a lot of things that the phone reps can’t do. You need to get to a supervisor though. The 1st level TForce reps are no better than the phone reps

Absolutely not.

Contact T-Force and see what they can do. In the end, that might be nothing, unfortunately, in which case (and due to your situation) I'd suggest reaching out to higher ups.

Unlock question:

Apple ships TMob unlocked. I assume once I activate it will lock to TMob and I'll have to wait 40 days to request an unlock? (Paid in full, no contract). I also assume TMob ships their phone locked. Just trying to figure out if there is any advantage over a TMob phone shipped from Apple vs TMob. I have one of each ordered. One will be canceled or returned.

Is anyone using a screenprotector for their iphone X? If so which brand?

I bought the Anker Karapax this time. They were $7.99 for 2 yesterday. Today they are $9.99 and temporarily OOS. It was kind of a random buy among all the others. I always by the generics -- Anker is kind of a decent brand though so picked it. But I've never had any issues with any of the truly "no name" ones. I'll never buy the brand names ones -- bit too spendy for what they are.

I bought one of the Anker cases. Never had an Anker case so that’s why i ordered it. Bought the Pleson 2 pack TPG. always had good luck with Pleson.

In my experience, if bought from Apple the phone should not lock to any carrier. Any iPhone, bought full-price directly from Apple, stays unlocked.

Okay, thanks guys! Is it just me or is the silver 64gb the least popular option? Fine with me, I’ll get it quicker.

Hard to say. No real reason for that. Possible Apple made more 64 Silvers or TMob ordered more. The two colors seem to have same deliver by date with 256 version. You'd think if one color was more popular than the other it would be universal. Personally, color didn't matter to me this round because the back will be covered and the front on all is black.

We carry Tech21, PureGear, CaseMate, and a few others :D... all with (limited) lifetime warranties.
I'm glad Apple didn't copy Samsung with the curved display. It looks nice, but not practical at all. I hate how I can't put a tempered glass on mine. (Yes I know the Whitestone one works, but it's $45)

So the T-Mobile rep put my first initial of my first name and my full last name for my credit card info. I reached out to T-Mobile and they said they will send me a text to call them to update them without losing my spot in line Incase my payment is rejected. Is this true, should I be concerned?
