Ordered 3:50a EST because of site issues. Called in at 3:20a, but by the time the guy was done pitching me cases for the 12th time I hung up and got the app to show me the X.

Seems like Silver 64GB was the least popular option, but I'm not complaining.

I think the silver/white looks great and not the same ol boring iphone.

My partner purchased his iphone x space grey 256gb on apple store, he now got charged on his card and they are preparing for shipment.

Those earlier ship dates (11/02-11/03) are not what they turn out to be. i just spoke to a tmobile agent & they told me that all orders were currently backordered. Mind you i preordered via JOD around 3:05am EST. At this rate I'm not going to get too comfortable just yet.

The reps have not been too accurate on info. So, who knows. That would suck, though. I ordered at 3:01 EST.

I was enrolled in the iPhone upgrade program when I got the 8 plus I saw this on the website and got confused by this

  • This program provides you with one upgrade redemption for the life of your number.
Any ideas the meaning of it? I want to upgrade to next years iPhone 2018 but this was confusing

tho Apple bumped the late deliveries to the launch date.

From previous pre orders, T-Mobile treats them all as a back order.

You can upgrade to next years model if you turn in your phone. May require you to have paid half of the EIP payments. You lose any of the future bill credits if you did the trade in offer.

As with every preorder (iphone/samsung) the “reps” don’t know jack. Talk to three different reps get three different answers. Kinda like that kid with the summer job at best buy trying to sell you a laptop.

But you can keep upgrading every year as long 50% is paid off?hope we can do it every year and it’s not a one time thing

Exactly this. I wish people would stop panicking... or trying to get others riled up. Anything we don't currently have in stock we have in the system as "back order " - that's been literally every phone we carry.

I don’t even work for T-Mo and I know this. LOL. People need to stop trying to get folk all bothered for no good reason. I don’t see the point.

It is one time only (for now). They may offer it again next year.
Also, just add, this is exactly how regular JUMP! 2.0 works... for any phone. 50% paid off = upgrade eligible

And it's not time-sensitive: if you had to put down 50% (bad credit, let's say), you're immediately eligible to JUMP.

I agree. Let’s wait and see.

I ordered my iPhone X 256GB (T-Mobile) through the Apple Store website (the App wasn't working) at around 3:04am. Got the confirmation two minutes later (3:06am) with a delivery window from November 10 - 17th:

I checked on my order today, and luckily enough, this was pushed up to November 3rd!

I heard other people are having their delivery dates bumped up. Happy I'll be getting mine on launch day!

I never believed the supply chain rumors... Apple knows what they are doing. For as many issues as they apparently were having this is turning out to be the most hassle free release (at least for me) to date.
I have to agree... i wish with Verizon/ATT since the 3GS this my first with TMobile and all i kept hearing was how bad it is... got my order in over the phone somewhere around 3:30am est an i got release day delivery issues whatsoever

I think you will get an updated JOD lease agreement from T-Mobile when IMEI is assigned to your order, too. Probably won’t get tracking number until Tuesday, or Wednesday. Just went through pre-order for 2 8 pluses & waches, and did pre-order for 7 plus & 7s plus with T-Mobile. Too bad we can’t track ours from China, that would be entertaining.

Damn I just realized the T-mobiile rep spelled my name wrong for my credit card. Ironically they typed it in correctly for my email address. Anyone with experience in this? Will I have to re-order the phone and lose my spot in line?

I did just call them and they said it wouldn't matter, if the name was completely incorrect but I'm having a hard time believing that.

Hey guys. Ordered my silver iPhone X 64gb’s yesterday, at around 7pm. Estimated ship date 11/03 - 11/10. I don’t know how accurate this is, but if it’s true I’ll be happy!
