No. He leaked the specs of the M8 Mini. It's a lock that the One+ (which is most likely the official name given EV's recent tweet showing the keynote invite) will get the same camera as the M8 Mini.
As a PSA, if any of you are interested in the M8 then you should be following Evleaks on Twitter. His leaks are facts, not rumors, and just about every big name tech site rushes to post the news he leaks as soon as he reveals it on Twitter.
Yep it's basically thanks to a launcher I'm able to put up with the worst of Touchwiz too.
Evleaks said the SGS5 was going to have QHD screen and 3200 battery, remember that tweet?
Also, why would HTC demoed the dual camera setup at MWC to then not use it with their new One? It's gonna have a dual camera setup, and there was a report that they are forced to use the ultrapixel camera due to an agreement with the manufacturer, so I bet it will be 2 and 4, just like the demo on MWC.
I don't see the point of having a 13Mpx and a 2Mpx next to it... Makes no sense.
M8 will have a 2-megapixel and 4-megapixel on the rear.

The big trick here is Corephotonics' use of two lenses with two different focal lengths. One lens is wide-angle, while the other is at 3x zoom. This means you can switch lenses to magnify more distant subjects without resorting to digital zoom. In the test set-up shown in the video above, which compared the dual-lens system side-by-side with a traditional smartphone camera (with both modules pointed at a test card around a foot away), the Corephotonics system outputted a clear 13-megapixel image regardless of whether it was at 1x or 3x zoom.

I just looked hard online and I don't find this.
I really am excited for this device and wonder if I should replace my Nexus 4 with this or go the WP8 route with the international version of the Lumia Icon at the end of the year if they are still current flagships. A bigger screened iPhone has not been ruled out.
I hope HTC trims some of the bezel in 2014. The HTC logo could be moved in the back. I wonder if HTC is having issues cramming components for their boom sound speakers at the bottom which i suspect is the reason for those bezels.
If you're going to be switching to Lumia I'd recommend waiting a month or so for Microsoft's Build developers conference where they're announcing Windows Phone 8.1 with massive upgrades along. I recently tried switching to Lumia, but couldn't because of the lack of a notification center or even basic toggles (I'm looking at you, rotation lock), but all of that is going to be fixed with 8.1.
Plus, if you wait till then the M8 will have been released and you'll be able to make a better decision.

It must be,.. if that's the case they could keep the capacitive buttons there and give the user a choice btw on screen or capacitive buttons. Could be interesting..rather than just wasted space
I like the look of it....
I do too, and although I'd have preferred the front HTC logo to be gone, it's not a deal-breaker if the other features are compelling enough.
The camera situation is my only concern.
