They must be giving Maseratis away in LA, when I was there a few weeks ago, they were _everywhere_. I'm not kidding, I must've seen 50 in our small area of operation.

Subarus have manuals everywhere.Went to 4 car dealers tonight and couldn't find any manual transmission cars except for VWs and stripped econo cars. Acura doesn't even offer them anymore. It's sad.

Acura DCTs are amazing, but their 9 speed autos suck (ZF is terrible).
I am talking about american market cars. Plenty of GM cars have seperate turn signals. same with fordI said domestic market - ie American. Your Daewoo was most likely made in Korea, and extensively sold world wide. I've even had the misfortune to drive a UK model for a couple of days.
The insurance paid for the TOW not the repair bill. Why would insurance pay for it? It wasn't in an accident.
I never once said to use fogs as DRLsIt is, he doesn't care about oncoming drivers, earlier in the thread he said he wanted to have dim LED DRL fogs, now he's saying he wants them to be as powerful as high beams... and still DRL.
7watt LED are just as bright as 50watt halogens, what are you talking about?!
They're pretty crappy cars. Especially the QP and Ghibli. I was considering one when I bought the S7 and was insulted by the Mopar interior bits they put into this "luxury car." It's a car for badge whores. They must be giving Maseratis away in LA, when I was there a few weeks ago, they were _everywhere_. I'm not kidding, I must've seen 50 in our small area of operation.
Draft hasn't happened yet. It's on FridaySaw this one parked on campus today. I didn't immediately recognize the guy who got in it, but I think it was Russ Smith(Memphis Grizzlies). Given where it was parked on campus and the building where the guy who jumped into it came from, I'm sure it belonged to a recent NBA draft pick.
I also saw Guorgi Dieng get into a more modest Audi

Is that the first GM car with CarPlay?Reading the thread about the first vehicle with CarPlay being the 'Vette Z06 just wants to make me want to facepalm....... I know the Apple demographic is similar to the European fanboy demo, but seriously..... Nothing, but rehashed pure stereotype BS in that thread going on.....
Makes me appreciate this thread where us car enthusiasts are a lot more open minded towards cars even if they are not their preference.......

And yup, they're giving these away for nothing. They lease much lower than the 5/A6/E. It's not uncommon to get $10k-20k off sticker on a loaded AWD Ghibli with zero negotiation.
It's been about ten years since I was last in the states. At that time is struck me as plain strange that most domestic market cars flash their brake lights as a turn signal. We europeans are used to a separate amber light for that.
EU standardised on separate brake, tail, turn signals, reversing and high intensity rear fog lights (required on the drivers side only) back in the 70s I think. Oh and a reflector strip.

The new Sonata and Volvo XC90 are already out on the market with CarPlay.
I know they're not super uncommon, but seeing one isn't exactly an everyday occurrence in Louisville, KY.
I really like the design direction they've taken with the new Camaro. I didn't care for the styling on the last/current gen -- both inside the cockpit and the exterior. I did, however, like the LS3. Mmm.

Yeah, they're super common in my part of town. Mostly owned by Chinese students who don't know any better. Just drive thru Packards Corner. I'm sure you'll see a few Ghiblis parked on the side. The Maseratti are good looking cars, but I agree the parts sharing from other Chrysler vehicles is a annoying. Hmm... That infotainment screen looks awfully familiar. Everything I've read says they're overpriced and cannot compare performance-wise to the Germans. I'd consider buying one just because it's a nice change from your average S/7/A8 and E/5/A6 families. I see a number of Ghibli and Gran Sports around Boston.
My wife's '13 1er doesn't have a rear fog, my FIL's '13 Tiguan doesn't have a rear fog?? I'm here in good ole Germany.
Something odd going on there. EU countries adhere to a Un regulation that mandates at least one rear fog light.

Yeah, the interior switches are directly from the Dodge Dart and other ChryCo products, which is just pathetic. They took the uConnect system and put Maserati graphics into it.Glad I'm not the only person who feels this way about Maserati's. The exterior has a unique design and you think well this thing is something special but then you get into the interior and it's all downhill from there. You're right, if there was ever a car for badge whores, the Maserati is it - makes the Germans seem more worth it.

And look what just popped up on my Instagram
$699 with zero down? Can't do that on a Mercedes, Audi, or BMW
