Fingers crossed that won't happen in my country, as I don't live in the US. Or if it does, it will be to a lesser extent than in the US.
I doubt any components or materials in these monitors come from the US. I suspect prices in your country won't be affected.

All of these 5K monitors are going to see price increases due to the Administration's tariffs.

That being said, if and when the Apple Studio Display sees a significant price jump, as well, then the value proposition of the non-Apple monitors will return. Though refurbished Studio Displays would be the go-to choice for as long as they remain available for sale.
I figured the tariffs were part of what was happening, but discussion of tariffs are forbidden on all other forums I hang out on due to strictly-enforced "no politics" rules so I didn't want to speculate too loudly. ;)

I am going to replace most (all?) of the OP's Wikipost (retaining mention of the DIY iMac 5K conversion thread), including the table, which hasn't been maintained since September 2023. I will follow the format developed for the recent Retina 6K and 8K threads. What have I forgotten?

The RichVision RV100 page reads:
“端口
DP 1.4: 5120*2880 60Hz 8bit 16.7M
Type-C: 5120*2880 60Hz 8bit 16.7M”

So it’s not 10 bit…
Thanks, updated.

What do you think of their comparison specs for the Apple Studio Display in the RV100 materials (they cite 100% sRGB and 89% Adobe RGB for the ASD). Has Apple ever said anything about sRGB and Adobe RGB with regard to the Studio Display? I'd like to add those to the ASD entry, but only if they're definitive.

Language note: I could be wrong, but I think 某果 (mǒu guǒ) there is a reference to Apple (苹果 píngguǒ), it literally means "a certain fruit," so 某果 5K显示器 means "a certain fruit's 5K monitor" ...

@tenthousandthings , missing the JapanNext 5K which is available in Europe and Japan (and possibly worldwide with Amazon)

also Kuycon G27P has the 75Hz option in system settings, although they don't advertise it.
Thanks, I've added Japannext to both posts.

I'm undecided about how to handle the Kuycon G27P 75Hz thing. It makes me nervous, do we know that changing the setting actually does anything? But I think, since ViewSonic claims the same thing for their entry in the 2025 27" 5K competition, then it shouldn't be surprising.

I wish there was clearer information about the panels. We should try to ferret that out. Are others also using the same panel but not claiming 75Hz? If so, why?

My understanding is that Kuycon uses LG "IPS Black" panels. I haven't said so yet in the Wikipost (because they're not listed here) but all evidence points to that. They explicitly acknowledge it in their marketing materials for the 6K G32P.

this is rebranded RichVision RV100
There’s a sort of mix-and-match dynamic in and around Shenzhen. If you look at Alibaba.com you can find various wholesale, customizable configurations that use that same imitation of Apple’s chassis. I’m no business insider, but I imagine RichVision isn’t starting from scratch, they are using parts manufactured by Shenzhen-based companies, just like Kuycon and others.

Dahua is a large, global company, and the LM27-P501 appears to be (or will be) widely available in markets where Apple won’t sue them, there’s an unboxing video from Romania here.
