I've got the olive nylon band from Clockwork synergy and it's my least favourite, in fact i never wear it. The strap is just too stiff and way too long (*insert childish sniggers*).

I should have returned it but I'm in the UK and it wasn't worth it. If anyone in the UK wants it then I'm happy to post it out.

I have the navy and black nylon bands for the 42mm. The long part of the band is 5 3/8". The short part is 3", not including the buckle, or 3 3/8" including the buckle. (this is the nato/zulu style - small buckles). The bands are 15/16" wide.

I have an 8" wrist and I'm using the second last hole (for sizing). If you have a bigger wrist, you could actually punch another hole or two in the band - you just wouldn't have the band through both of the buckles on the short side. (took a couple pics so you know what I mean).

Those measurements do NOT include the adapters, only the bands.
Can you please tell me Where did you buy it ?

Has anyone managed to get a 3rd Party LL that is shorter / at the very least conforms to Apple's S/M standards of fitting to 150mm wrists?

I see some updated eBay listings have two sizes but in reality they have added a larger M/L size rather than an authentic S/M size.

I was surprised to see in the mail yesterday the monowear watch band. The monowear folks told me up to two or three weeks. I'll post with a photo but I have the sport band on my new  watch. I wore the nylon band last night and found it stiff and a bit itchy. I expect it to soften up in time but right now its now as comfortable as apple's sport band. The build quality feels top notch, from how the lugs look, to the buckle, the nylon looks very sturdy. Overall I am happy with it.

The Nylon Band won't be as soft as your Sport Band, but not uncomfortable. It should maintain the contour of your wrist pretty well. By itchy do you mean scratchy? If so, check where. There were one or two spots of hardened stitching sticking up just a tad on mine. I pushed it down with my fingernails and haven't had a problem since. Mine's the olive green received late May, but I started wearing them from early June.

This guy on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/25199397997...49&var=550858670333&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT I bought the blue one for my 38mm watch from him and it fits (ordered length s/m) so much better than the one I bought on aliexpress which was enormously too long. My wrist is very small. The milanese loop comes all the way around and touches the watch. This new LL fits similarly.

I've got two leather loops on order from two sellers. One has been mentioned a lot in this thread the other one also ships out of jersey. I can post band lengths but we should be measuring the true length of the replica loops. To really know rather than saying they do or don't fit like apple.

Both of my sellers didn't offer a size choice. So I'm guessing they are the older kind? The biggestncofernningagebisbhow the leather feels and are the magnets stronger than when they first came out and everyone said they barely held.

I have an Apple Blue LL, and I bought a Red LL from the eBay seller erockseven who ships out of Panorama City, CA. The Apple Blue is a Med 42mm, and the Red I received was the exact same size top and bottom strap. The eBay one was a bit thinner, but overall well worth the $43, at the time I ordered, as compared to the Apple's $160 with tax.

The Blue is my go to band, I wear it more than any of the bands I own (7) now.

Link to the seller I purchased from:

I've seen that selle r- unfortunately the S/M doesn't conform to Apple's S/M on the 42.
'S/M:Fits wrists 165-195mm'

Too big for me.

My second strap from Gordon Straps on Etsy. Custom made. Horween leather.

This thing is stunning and the pics don't do it justice. I've paid double for straps of this same quality and workmanship for my high-end mechanicals and the seller provides second to none customer service to boot!!
