July 22-26 m2 air just showed up on ups to be delivered Monday July 18. Still preparing to ship on Apple store site but at least there is progress.

Will we be able to reserve the macbook air on the 15th at 5am for in store pickup? Am I silly for wanting to cancel my order if I can get in store pick-up on friday morning? from: order delayed until 20th one hour ago, preparing to ship
There is a picture of the interiors of the MacBook Air on 9to5 Mac, the midnight looks really blue not really a dark blue, big battery and something that seems to be a huge heatsink. That’s a good news! It should perform very well then!!!
Also got notification this afternoon that my order has been shipped! Original delivery date 18/07/2022.
It's being delivered by StarTrack Premium with ETA tomorrow.

You think it would be silly to try and reserve a pick up macbook on friday 5am and just cancel my preparing to ship macbook? If apple ships it fast enough they might force my hand in just waiting, we shall see! muahaha
Which model? Mine still nothing 🤬. I ordered at 10pm on the dot in like 20 seconds. Sydney too. Delivery 21-26 they say, went to prepare to ship yesterday.
Update: Just changed to Shipped
Apparently this has been tagged as a local shipment, i.e. it is not showing up as shipping from China
Oh ok, I have a BTO coming, that’s why. 8/8/16/512 space grey. It’s gonna be next week I guess then!
UPS app just updated with tracking info! Says delivery on 7/18. Apple Store app has not changed yet.
Slightly off topic (sorry) but looking forward to seeing what people think of the M2 MacBook Air when they get their hands on them.

Yeah not sure about StarTrack delivery times for me, tnt are always in the arvo. I work from home so will be here unless the surf is good 😊
Am I the only one who obsessively keeps checking his order status even though delivery is planned for 8/8? I keep hoping for some obscure reason delivery is way sooner than planned.
My wife's CTO Starlight ordered 8:01a ET - 16GB memory/512GB SSD that originally said 7/20-22 just showed up in UPS MyChoice for Monday 7/18. This would be fantastic. Apple website currently says 7/22-26.
Worth noting - UPS Status says "Clearance in Progress" which would indicate it started through customs. Based on my experience with my 14" MBP, customs holds can delay things up to a week. I'm not holding my breath, but indications so far look pretty good for an earlier-than-quoted delivery.
