My BTO order shipped and is coming on Monday! US East. It's not launch day but quicker than expected.
Placed order on July 8 at 5-ish am from the edu store.

Received an email this morning that it has been shipped out by UPS and ETA on July 18 from Shanghai, China.
Same here, CC charged today, and status is “being processed”, with delivery dates Aug 1-8. 8/16GB/1TB midnight blue - going to replace my trusty MBA 11" "Mid 2013" i5/4GB/512GB 🚀
My order just changed to "preparing to ship" and my account was charged, which is great. What is not so great is that my arrives date changed from "July 18-25," which is what is has been showing since I ordered at 8:02am, to "July 26-August 2." Will it really have a further delay after they charged my account?

My MacBook Air M2 shipping is delayed. I placed the order on the 8th early in the morning.
My order was supposed to be here between Jul 18 - Jul 25 by Express Delivery.
Today the schedule was changed to Jul 26- Aug 2 by Standard Delivery.
I call apple and didn't get any straight answer but only an apology.
If you have placed an order check your delivery schedule.

I’ve pre-ordered my M2 Macbook Air on the 8th of July at 8:13 (just 13 minutes after pre-order went live).
Initially the shipping date was July 15th, till July 22nd. Today, when I open my order, I see it slipped to July 26th till the August 2nd.
Anyone else facing similar delay?

Mine went from Jul 26 - Aug 2... to Jul 25 - Aug 1... so the opposite. Mine improved by a day.
Apple must be getting info when it hits preparing to ship and adjusting accordingly based on what UPS or FedEx tells them.

mine also slipped from july 18-25 to july 26-aug 2 immediately after my credit card was charged today. express shipping remains.
It's starting to seem like 16GB models are shipping out. Stil haven't seen or heard any 24BG models being shipped.
I chose the 8-core CPU/10-core GPU chip, 24GB memory, 1TB SSD and the 67W USB-C Power Adapter and got an estimated delivery between July 26 and August 2.
