I just got my new MBP 13" 2010 today, and I absolutely LOVE it!! It's lightning-bold fast, has a lot of cool features and the display is just absolutely gorgeous!
I'm learning to use the new and different features (I had always been a Windows user), and I can honestly say that the only Win explorer feature I've missed is "Cut"... I really don't understand why this is not on Mac OS, but I can get around that easily.
I also love all the possible keyboard shortcuts, they make life so easy.
Also, Office for Mac works waaaay much faster than in Win, which is great for me since my work is mainly based on Word documents.

OS X is all about keyboard shortcuts.
To cut... cmd+x
To copy... cmd+c
To paste... cmd+v
(After selecting the file)
cmd (Command) is the button with the apple on it.

Welcome aboard and yeah, I think you will have fun learning the Mac. I think you'll find that while it is indeed easy to use and maintain for a non power-user, it manages to do this without dumbing down the machine or insulting the power user (like a certain Mr. Clippy we all remember).
I think this is the 10th Mac I've purchased (my 15" 2.2 is about to ship) and while it's still fun for me every time, I envy the fun trip you're about to embark on!

My 13" MBP just arrived in Anchorage, Alaska. It is shipping to Toledo, Ohio. Can't wait, I am glad it is finally out of China. I ordered around 8 pm thursday.

I believe the export paperwork goes ahead of the actual item. Once the paperwork has cleared the item is then sent, hence it appears its gone twice. It saves time but it appears to look slow thats all.
