Mine is prepared for shipment as of today. I ordered back in march 1st and got estimated delivery date between 3/3 to 3/9...how much faster if choosing 2-3 day shipping method in case custom???

I'm at South-eastern part of US. And...Order Date: Mar 1, 2011 at 10:15 AM PST

I do not know what CTO means but I changed some configurations of the model (iWork and HR Glossy) which pushed delivery date a bit late, I guess. But I chose 2-3 day shipping method. The shipping status says mine will be delivered between 3/3 and 3/9~

Had a minor fiasco with Fedex, but just got my 15" MBP tonight, the higher end, 128 SSD. First Mac since the 80s, having a blast learning OSX. Everything is very intuitive. Beautiful machine.

Probably get it on Monday. Was supposed to get it tomorrow. But FedEx says it needs to sort deliveries before. DAMN! And they won't let me pick it up. It's in Mississauga, ON, less that 20 kms from me and I still can't get it.

Has anyone had any luck with requesting to pick up before a delivery attempt?

...and I am freakin' happy! I ordered a MacBook Pro 15" CTO - 1680x1050 resolution and a lower, but faster 500GB 7200RPM.
