Maxed out / top spec 15" rMPB ordered 10/23 early evening - Stuck in Shanhai for two days now.. but says coming on 10/31 Thursday to Northern California/west coast...that's halloween...hope it comes earlier than 8:00 pm...Trick or treaters better not touch my rMBP!

Hope my 13" won't have trackpad issues.
Otherwise, Apple will quickly release a firmware update fixing the problem

I just saw that mine's out for delivery too, from the Croydon depot. A full two days ahead of Scheduled Delivery. These UPS boys and girls move fast!!
I got it a couple of hours ago. Really nice machine especially from me because this is my first Mac. However, I need to say that I already faced the mouse/keyboard freezing once (this is the problem that it is mentioned in the website's frontpage) I hope that this is a software issue and it will be fixed soon.

First impressions are always biased. You either notice an imperfection right away that takes you out of the moment, or something doesn't work and it makes you mad. On the other hand, you might find yourself ignoring bad things because there's so much good.
But in any case, my first impressions are *extremely* positive. Just like I expected - there's no compromise. It's a beautiful device. Killer build quality. The screen is gorgeous. Amazing track pad and keyboard. Everything is absurdly fast. Just, wow, really liking it.
The big screen is definitely a step up from the 13" rMBP I'm coming from.
Also - stuff like the Verge is now 95% perfect. There's still a little jitter - but nothing distracting. Every other site I've been to has ran exceptionally. The UI animations are smooth as butter.

Mine is also still in Koeln, Germany
UPS employs trucks for transportation between Koeln and The Netherlands, and it often takes quite a while for the import process there to complete; I've usually had my Apple shipments 'stuck' there for two to three days. I am also waiting for my 15" CTO order (base 2.0 but with a US keyboard

Mine has been sitting in Koeln, Germany for about 27 hours...
It's so frustrating to know that my Mac is "just" 750 km away from me
Maybe it's the huge storm that has delayed departure from Koeln. All bridges here in Denmark has been closed, and it has had the worst wind gusts ever.
Just hope it arrives in one piece
UPS is still estimating a late-Wednesday delivery 
I have the same as you, on the exact minute! Delivery expected to the 31th... Not to hopeful, but if the package gets to Landvetter, Borås isn't to far away

Hmm, the UPS truck has been out of delivery since 5:29AM. It's now 2:30. Getting just a little anxious. I've had them come at 7 before though so I'm not too worried yet.
You could have setup a 2 hour window for them using UPS my choice
How does that work? The UPS website said I couldn't do that. I do have UPS my Choice. I don't pay for it though.
And anyways, I'm pretty sure it will arrive today. I just have to be patient for these last few minutes/hours

Ordered it 23rd evening and arrived 9:20 this morning. 20$ for express was worth it!
Got here in less than 3 business days
