The iOS 10.x.x Beta Speculation Thread

Not sure how much use this will be right now, as we can probably predict fairly closely when the first 11 beta will drop (at the end of the WWDC keynote!). But go for it!
According to the new article by MacRumors, the theatre mode was actually for the AW. AHahahahahhaha, we have been foooleddd.

There is one thing I am waiting for, and one thing I want to speculate about: it is the AI Kit for iOS.
For some time Apple is using neural network (and some others crazy machine learning techniques with focus on low energy footprint) for face recognition. For me - it is only a small portion of what they’re cooking inside, and if i was ever waiting for anything to be shown on WWDC - AIKit is the definitely something I am dreaming of.
Try to imagine, it is a new way of collecting and manipulating data, it would be also great for making apps more context-oriented, providing users with informations that they really care about, without forcing user to provide app with data and to customise output/notifications/screens/whatever.
I’m waiting for context, location and time aware notifications for oh so many years. And I believe with something like AIKit (locally stored informations, not shared, encrypted, safe) we could finally achieve it.

Yeah no public beta yet. Maybe tomorrow for the Public Beta. Or perhaps not till a later beta cause of the new Apple File System; Apple may be wary of releasing it as a public beta when it has the possibility of causing issues with people's stuff, they may wait till it has been confirmed there's no major issues with b1.
It depends. Sometimes it's the first beta and sometimes it's as late as beta 3.
I thought typically it doesn't come till beta 3 on a major release like 9 and 10, but a few days after the dev beta for smaller releases like 10.3. However Apple File System is a whole different thing and could change the PB cycle/standards.
