If it doesn't come out today then I expect something next week (either beta 5 of 10.2.1 or public release or 10.3 beta 1). I don't feel good odds today.

I think it's definitely safe to say out, or new beta, by next week. This week would be nice, but I'm not so confident.
[doublepost=1484755397][/doublepost]When we were waiting for iOS 10 beta 2 I worked out the beta release days of week for iOS 8 and 9 (see below). I don't know how much this applies to final releases, but it showed a clear tendency for Apple to prefer the start of the week. That's why I'm not so confident 10.2.1 will come out this week.

Monday = 22
Tuesday = 12
Wednesday = 8
Thursday = 4
Friday = 0
Saturday = 0
Sunday = 0

This would be cool if some statistical analysis were done on the data.

Don't think it's today sadly. Usually around this time, I would get the twitter push notification from @iOSReleases or @iOSOTA notifying of new beta in server. I think next week folks.

typical nothing, my guess is nothing this week, and next week it will all come out, sucks

Apple sees how worked up we get over 10.3 so they are just going to continue to release 10.2.x firmwares until they release the first beta of iOS 11 just to tease us lol

No update ....Apple is joking with us !
Guess what ?
No updates this week and maybe next

Why does it have to be either today but if not after a few weeks? And yes, it might be Ipad focused but it's a .x update so it must stay in beta for several weeks so it it possible that they release the beta in the next few days.

It doesn't have to be, its just my speculation. We're quite a bit over what Sonny Dixon thought it would be released, and assuming 10.3 does have a lot to do with iPad I feel like they'll want to wait until a lot closer to the release of new iPads in most likely March. Letting everyone get their hands on a bunch of new iPad features now will get a lot of media coverage right now, but Apple would really want that media coverage closer to the release of new iPads, especially if these features are most meant for the new iPads.

what are you thinking in addition to days of week? Average time between releases? name some measures :)

Maybe it's taking longer to release 10.2.1 because they are taking their time and analyzing the diagnostic data to try to figure why the 6S's have been shutting down at 30% and they haven't figured it out yet?
