Do you think that the delay in release of 10.3.3 is due to more bugs getting fixed or something else.

I could see that there was an internal beta implementing something (e.g. Apple Pay changes) they don't want/needn't be tested externally.

Another thought: It is interesting to see, which iOS Version is shipped with the new iPads? iOS 10.3.2 or 10.3.3?

Well let's see. Mine is due tomorrow.

Correct. Im just using Apple's words to determine how this will play out this year. When Apple says the "late" of a month, its always the final week. Meaning beta 1 has to be 3 weeks.

I agree. I think 3 weeks is likely. it's possible they could do a b2 on the 19th, and a b3 on the 26th with a public beta Wednesday or Thursday (28 or 29), but I wouldn't put any money on that.

How is software not released on a timeline only you set a "delay?"

Its not set by me.
Its set by all of you.
If its not set by all of you, then the fundamental premise of this thread goes for a six.
Now we can debate on whether that is called setting or speculation. Someone from Oxford?

the key is to not have any personal expectations - you are the one to appear disappointed week after week. This thread is all supposed to be chill

I view this thread as the iOS version of handicapping the horses.

To paraphrase Gandalf: an iOS release is never early or late. It is releases precisely when it intends to.

Probably 10.3.1 or 10.3.2. These devices have been in production for at least 4-5 weeks. So early models will probably only have 10.3.1, if not even 10.3.

This may be why they jumped directly to 10.3.2 for beta testing purposes, because 10.3.1 was already loaded on iPads.

No one here really knows. This is all for fun and guessing and speculation. Apple is the sole body who dictates when software is ready to roll out to the general population. And nothing anyone here says has any bearing in that whatsoever.

What do you mean its set by us??

I said they are all guesses. If you think its delayed based on our guesses, thats entirely on you.

iOS 11 beta speculation should be in the thread for that. Ain't happening tomorrow, could happen next week (I consider anything past the 15th to be late month) but most likely week of 6/26. 10.3.3 likely tomorrow or Tuesday.
Hey why dont you rename this thread back to the 10.x.x only since there is a new 11.x speculation thread. May help keep things a little easier and more organized. Just a thought.

That doesn't make sense. So people that already have iPad Pro 10.5" have a version of iOS not released? I don't think so.

Isn't that the wallpaper from the Keynote? Anyone could have set that up. That wallpaper can be found anywhere.

Edit: That wallpaper is not the stock one, notice there is something/someone in the sand. The Apple one has nothing in the sand. I have iOS 11 on my Air 2.

Lets find the dictionary meaning difference between a guess and a speculation as far as its limited applicability in the present scenario goes.
In any case, does a guess become a benchmark or a datum to measure something against it?

What are you talking about?

You are assuming 10.3.3 is delayed based on 10 people online guessing/speculating the release date (they mean the same thing in this context).

So by the same interpretation, how does my "delay" actually become delay for apple. That delay itself is a speculation!!
Umm what? You asked, "Do you think that the delay in release of 10.3.3 is due to more bugs getting fixed or something else."

Thats saying it is delayed. Not speculating it is delayed.

Speculation its delayed is, "I'm thinking its delayed for XYZ."

You were asking us why we think it is delayed.

Ok.
So you tell me why did you say its not delayed. You had been guessing/ predicting that this public release would be out on the next day after June 5.

I said it could potentially be out June 6th. I never said it was going to be out that day. Obviously I do not have that information. No one here does. To think otherwise is just silly.

I will tell you why its not delayed, because Apple has not announced a release date, therefore it cannot be delayed. A delay occurs when something is planned for a certain day, that day passes and it does not come out.

Let me try, because Apple has not stated a release date as of yet. So its not delayed. IF Apple says we are releasing it June 12th and don't THEN it would be delayed.

BoJohn is a forum guessing a date for an Apple software release in no way indicates that the software vendor delayed their release if it doesn't come when BoJohn guessed it would. Come on, surely you cant think that's how it works.

When Apple will release iOS 10.3.3? Its only a minor release . I don't understand why it take so long to release it . I am waiting iOS 10.3.3 final. It should have been released last week.
