THE iPhone 8/8+ Case Thread

Good leather cases cost. If you have the money to burn, Ullu makes some of the nicest leather cases I've seen.
The quality is great, they come with a screen protector, and the color dyes they use are rad.

I just ended up biting the bullet and getting the Apple black leather case and I don’t regret it at all. If I’m not gonna feel the sleekness of the naked phone, I want to be feeling something nicer than plastic and rubber.
 
Returned my Blue Cobalt silicone case for the Apple Leather Taupe color. The silicone was too difficult to get out of my pockets and it started to get annoying.
 
7+ users dont get any apple 8+ cases. They are slightly bigger so they wont fit very well 7+. You gonna feel a little play

Just to confirm, the new Speck cases went for a slightly wider speaker cutout to fit all models rather than the botched headphone port cut out they first tried to add to the iPhone 7 cases. They look much better now!

Yes the one I ordered for my 8 doesn’t have headphone port.
 
Can anyone with the new speck cases confirm if the bottom part of the case is rubber or one thin strip to plastic? Think that part will snap over time putting lt on and taking it off repeatedly ?

Been using a Pelical Protector case I purchased for my iPhone 7 on the 8. Fits is just fine as the case has some flex. After all, we are talking fractions of a mm difference. Coming from the OtterBox cases on pre-iPhone 5 units and then LifeProof cases post iPhone 5. This case is great as the phone has IP ratings now.
 
I just changed my Xdoria defence lux case for my iPhone 8 plus (it was too huge and heavy) to a White Apple silicone case and boy am I overjoyed. Its slim and comfortable. Love it and recommend it all.
 
I currently have a black 8+ leather on my 8 plus. The lip is similar to that of my silicone case and my evo check case
 
Quick note, exchanged my Taupe Apple Leather case since my initial one fit loose. I tried on 3 at the Apple Store until I found one that fit well and that I was happy with.
