People take him way too seriously on here. He's a wannabe comedian with a talkshow. He sucks at being a comedian (in my opinion) but he's funny enough as a host of a pod or a UFC match. I stopped listening to him entirely when he went to Spotify, but his guests are mostly considered subject matter experts with differing interpretation of science, medicine, politics and culture. He's done a decent job in giving every side a chance to talk. He's a self proclaimed 'meathead' so I don't know why people here think he's actually the cause of misinformation. If some of his audience choose to believe some of his guests over others, then that's their prerogative. He's merely providing a choice. One side can't just completely shut down the voices of others because they don't believe or agree with what they are saying, regardless of their version of the facts. His inner circle comedian friends are equally unfunny as him and when he has them on or his MMA buddies, that's a waste of air. But his political, science, medicine and culture guests, are usually worth a listen or at minimum a proper way to use a platform. I think his approach to mix serious topics with his attempt at comedy and his 'bro-science' speak, confuses some people. Some prefer that entertainers stay in their subject lanes I guess? Apple never banned him nor do they pay him. Jon Stewart was a totally different scenario where AppleTV+ was paying him to make content, tried to intervene when he wanted to criticize China I believe? And JS decided to move on because of this moderation. People should be more upset at Apple for this insane censorship, than anything that Rogan has vomitted out of his mouth.
